Morada dos Pássaros is perfect for groups of up to 10 people looking for comfort and tradition in Ilhabela. Located a 10-minute walk from Praia do Curral and Praia Grande, the house is also close to the famous Cachoeira do Paquetá. Situated in a quiet area, surrounded by nature and close to supermarkets and restaurants, the house has 3 floors, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a full kitchen, as well as a barbecue area ideal for leisure moments.

The house has stairs, so it is important to be aware that it is a three-story property. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for R$60/person for the entire stay.

The house combines comfort and tradition, offering a suite with a double bed and two additional bedrooms that can accommodate families or groups. The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen provide the perfect space for meetings and moments together. The barbecue area is ideal for enjoying sunny days, while the air-conditioned bedrooms ensure a pleasant stay.

Guests will have full access to the home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. Only the garage has limited space, but there are more spaces available in front of the house.
