This single-level chalet-style home sits back in the pines of Incline Village, with a red-doored arched entry and a wraparound wood deck that wraps you in forest as soon as you step outside. Inside, exposed dark wood beams and a wood-burning fireplace give the living room a real mountain-cabin feel, with a leather sofa, flat-screen TV, and a small dedicated workspace tucked into a window nook for anyone who needs to check email between hikes.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking real meals, with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, plus the basics for baking and a full set of dishes and wine glasses. A dining table gives the group a place to gather.

The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to four guests total. Linens, towels, hangers, and toiletries are provided, along with a washer and dryer for longer stays.

Outside, the covered deck is furnished for lounging or dining under the trees, with mountain views through the pines. A wood staircase leads up from the driveway to the arched front entry, and there is space for one car to park in front of the home.
