This is a 2020 new-build home, and it shows. Everything is modern, clean, and well thought out. The entire home is on one level — which makes it perfect for families with little ones, older guests, or anyone who just appreciates easy living. Vaulted ceilings make the space feel open and airy, and the open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen so everyone can hang out together.
The living room is centered around an 85-inch TV with surround sound — it's the kind of setup that makes movie nights, game days, and streaming sessions feel like a theater.
