Come stay with us! We know the details matter. You`ll find plenty of design, lighting, paper products, linens, and dishes in this spacious bungalow. You won`t find a cleaning fee or long chore list. A welcoming living room, two bedrooms (one king w/ensuite and one queen), two full bathrooms, a large laundry room, and beautiful kitchen await you!
Near Broad Ripple, Carmel, Keystone at the Crossing, downtown Indy, and easy access to the interstate - there is no better location for your stay.

Please note that occasionally items such as decor, rugs, bedding, or furniture will need replaced due to wear and tear. We make every effort to ensure any replacements keep the same artistic and relaxing atmosphere of the unit.

I do live locally and have my maintenance staff close by for any needs or emergencies. I personally answer all messages so please be patient if messaging in the evening or overnight hours. Should an emergency arise, please call me if I do not respond to messages.

Quiet, established neighborhood. You`ll routinely see people out walking their dogs, children riding bikes, and others just going for a stroll. You are near Broad Ripple Village and the Monon Trail.

You`ll want a car to get around in the area. Uber and Lyft are also usually available.

Damage & Excess Cleaning Policy
By booking, guests agree they are financially responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or missing items caused by them or their visitors.
A security deposit of $800 is held during your stay and may be used to cover damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations. The deposit is typically released 7–10 days after checkout, but may be held longer if repairs, replacement, or contractor evaluation is required.
If damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest agrees to pay the additional costs. Charges may include: repair costs, replacement of items, contractor fees, excessive cleaning, lost revenue due to uninhabitability, and administrative time associated with resolving the issue.

Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkout disrupts our operations, cleaning schedule, and incoming guests.
If a guest remains on the property past checkout without written approval, the host reserves the right to charge one additional night’s stay at the prevailing rate, at the host’s discretion.
Guests who are unresponsive to calls or messages after checkout time are more likely to be charged. We may grant grace in some situations, but continued presence on the property without approval will result in a charge equivalent to an additional night. Remaining on the property beyond checkout constitutes acceptance of this charge.

Excess Cleaning
The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning only. If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition, with pet waste, stains, trash, or requiring additional labor, additional cleaning charges will be assessed.
No parties
No Cats are permitted. Dogs only. Max 1
If you bring a dog - pet waste must be cleaned up, the pet must be crated when not attended during the day and at night. Please Do not lock the pet in a room. Please do not allow pets on the furniture. Pet must remain under your control at all times.
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and treated with flea/tick preventative.
There is no fenced in yard - you must walk your dog on a leash outside.
