Welcome to our 3BR/3BA apartments in Indianapolis! This combined listing includes 3 separate 1BR/1BA units, each with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area with sofa bed, smart TV, and high-speed internet. Perfect for small groups or families who want to stay close while enjoying the privacy of separate apartments.

Parking passes are available to purchase (subject to availability). Please note: the heating system is louder than average when running, so earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.

The Space:
Each of the unit consists,

We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $250 per month.

Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
● Signing of rental agreement
● ID and selfie uploads

• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).
• Discounts applied automatically:
-10% off for stays 7+ nights
-20% off for stays 30+ nights
• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.
• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.
• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb).
• Pets:
-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).
-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.
-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.
