Welcome to your Zionsville retreat, Traders Point Countryside - perfect for families, friends & group getaways! Set on 2 peaceful acres, this spacious home combines comfort w/ resort-style amenities:

Set on two peaceful acres in historic Traders Point, this spacious retreat blends country charm with modern comforts. Surrounded by rolling horse farms and cornfields, the property feels worlds away yet sits just minutes from dining, shopping, and attractions in Zionsville and Indianapolis. Whether youâre gathering for a family reunion, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for a quiet getaway, the home offers room to relax, recharge, and connect.
Outdoor living
The highlight of the property is its resort-style backyard. From May through October, enjoy a heated 16x34-foot saltwater pool with a keyed safety cover, open daily between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. A brand new hot tub, also available during those hours, invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. A fenced patio creates a private space for lounging, dining, or grilling meals, while the fire pit just beyond the fence is perfect for gathering under the stars. Adirondack chairs on the front lawn provide a quiet spot to sip coffee and watch for deer in the mornings, and two tree swings keeps younger guests entertained.

Inside, the home features two comfortable living spaces - one a cozy main living room and the other a spacious game room with a foosball table and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample cookware, and a coffee station with drip, Keurig, and grinder options, making it easy to prepare meals for groups. A large dining table offers plenty of room to share them together.
Upstairs, three bedrooms provide restful retreats, each with plush memory foam mattresses, room-darkening curtains, sound machines, and soft cotton linens. Two rooms feature king beds, and one offers two queen beds. The primary suite stands out with its two walk-in closets and oversized shower with a rainfall feature. A queen sofa bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the game room, bringing the total capacity to fifteen guests.

*Pool heating is available for $100 per day (heats the pool to approximately 85°F). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if youâd like the pool heated during your stay so we can have it ready for you. The pool is open (May-Oct) The pool is closed from Nov-April and the cover is locked.
*Smoking, and vaping are not allowed on the premises at any time. For your safety and ours, cameras are located at the front entrance, driveway, and pool gate entrance.
