This resort style home is located in Bermuda Dunes,between La Quinta & Palm Desert, and is perfect for all your vacation needs. It’s where style and sophistication meet entertainment and fun. Bermuda Fun Oasis is a stunning five bedroom 2811 square foot home of luxury living, with a private pool. Tons of entertainment with Cornhole, ladder toss, and a 5 hole putting green. Close to the I-10 and central to everything!

Outdoors: Whip up some burgers in the covered BBQ island, which features a mini fridge, bar seating for 8 and beautiful view of the pool and spa. Kick back and enjoy some rays on the chaise loungers pool side or practice your golf game on the 5 hole putting course. Enjoy a meal outdoors under the cabana, which is elegantly illuminated with string lighting.

Indoors: This home opens up to a gorgeous gourmet kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. This beautiful kitchen offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops, and a 5 burner DeLonghi gas range. Enjoy the breakfast in the nook with dining for seven, or enjoy company at the island with seating for four. Challenge each other to a game of pool located just inside the front door. Enjoy either the 65” Smart TV in the living room on the amazing sectional, or the 50” Smart TV with company at the bar with seating for four.

Pool/tech cleaning services every Saturday and between guests.

Bedrooms:
Master Suite is located upstairs at the end of the hallway and features a Cal King bed with a 48”Smart TV, remote ceiling fan and walk in closet with access to the back deck and patio. Private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower and two vanity sinks with mirrors.

Suite 2 is located downstairs, first door on the right and features a Cal King bed, a private bathroom that features a tile shower, vanity and laundry room.

Bedroom 3 is located across from The Master Suite and features a Queen sized bed, 50” TV with a Roku stick, remote ceiling fan and reach in closet.

Bedroom 4 is located next to Bedroom 3 and features 2 full sized beds, remote ceiling fan and reach in closet.

Bedroom 5 is located next to Suite 2 and features a Queen sized bed. Hallway bathroom 3 is located upstairs and features a tile shower and sink.

This home is pet friendly there is a pet deposit of $200 per pet and a non-refundable fee of $50 per stay for 1 pet and an additional $25 per pet if more than one.

We are committed to Responsible Renting standards. This means we follow best in class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. This property has decibel readers for noise levels, and cameras located at the doorbell and by the pool equipment. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of break ins, death, injury, guests disregarding maximum occupancy and noise rules. It in no way infringes on the the guests expectations of privacy. Any attempt to disable or obscure these devices, will result in eviction with zero refund.

POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee).
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out

CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.

CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items that would be payable directly to the vendor.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Outdoor noise must be at moderate levels at all times; human noise and music should not be heard outside of the property line (music at cell phone/laptop level ie: not amplified).

After 10 pm is quiet hours, no music outside and minimal human noise outside.

The city issues citations for noise followed. Any citations would be the sole responsibility of the guest.

All guests must follow local noise ordinances. No amplified music anytime during the stay, even small Bluetooth speakers. 10 pm is quiet hour, and outdoor activities should be taken inside the home. Thank you!

Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.

Outdoor Heater:
Outdoor heaters are available to rent for $75/heater which includes 1 can of propane. Please reach out if interested.

I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, `landlord`) retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I.
