Stylish 3BR/2BA condo in the gated Bermuda Dunes Country Club, perfect for your desert escape. Enjoy an updated kitchen, open living area with fireplace, polished concrete floors, and a spa-inspired primary suite with soaking tub and rain shower. The bonus bedroom with barn doors adds flexibility for guests or a home office. Relax on the south-facing patio, take a dip in the nearby pool and spa, or use the rare golf cart garage. Close to golf, dining, shopping, and Coachella events!
Parking- Guest will have access to the garage and driveway. There is plenty of guest parking across from our unit for any guests with more than 2 vehicles.

Bedroom 1: Cal King bed, 65` LED Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, ceiling shower, and soaking tub.

LAUNDRY/WORK/PLAY SPACE:
Laundry room washer and dryer.
OUTSIDE:
Propane BBQ, outdoor dining table. Access to grapefruit trees that are amazing when in season!
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:
The home includes Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchen equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, tea kettle, traditional drip/single serve coffee maker (ground beans or K-Cups), toaster, blender.
KITCHEN:
The home includes the following amenities to accommodate the max number (6) of guests: dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, flatware, wine and drinking glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons bar tools, grill tools, and more. Basic spices, salt and pepper, olive oil provided.
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your rental will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer. Ironing boards and irons in master bedroom closet and secondary master closet upstairs.
LOCATION:
Less than 6 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the townhome and private side yard. The rental is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4pm local time, and check out is 11am. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
IS THE COMMUNITY POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No pets allowed.
PETS: We understand that service and emotional support animals must be allowed by law and that we cannot ask for notice. If you have one, an advance notice would be appreciated. We would like to know if the service animal is required because of a disability and what task has it been trained to perform? We ask that the service animal stay off the beds and furniture. If excessive pet hair or dander needs to be cleaned as a result of your service animal, an additional cleaning fee will be added by owner’s discretion.
