No stone has been left unturned in the music studio with a new high end digital piano, drums, guitar and there are four microphones for karaoke, at least seven beds - if you include the big living room sectional couch or portable wood crib it's 9 beds total, hdtvs in every room; and all areas have plenty of closet space; you're also half a mile to the grocery store, sushi, and much more; making this convenient chateau a true home away from home that you all can enjoy and carry these memories with you for years to come.

Nestled in the peaceful Indian Palms Country Club, just behind Coachella Fest, this is a gorgeous community and your new home away from home is a spacious single-story home boasting well over the average size, it's 2,500 square feet of living space—perfect for all guests of all ages to unwind, play, and call it home while in Indio! Who knows, you may even spot one of our turtles or other birds splashing around on the lake that we are uniquely on, but we are gated , immaculately clean and very safe for your littlest ones and pets!

The spa is a spool, which means it's one pool which all heats up to be a huge jacuzzi and bubbles with lots of jets throughout and feels like a back massage; or can be used as a regular pool with plenty of ledge space around it for sitting or tanning; and since it's all new it has the latest safety standards with two drains to keep even your littlest ones safe; as well as we have holes in the concrete and a pool gate that can easily be set up to keep the kids - and pets, out. It it is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day, no matter who all is in your party, under the vast desert sky.



• BBQ & Firepit Moments: Picture the smell of turkey on the BBQ, the sizzle of burgers, or the crackle of the firepit as you gather for stories under the stars. Whether you’re grilling up a meal with the smoker and gas grill or toasting marshmallows for s'mores, this space was designed to foster connection and warmth. Cozy up by the fireplace, both inside and out, for intimate moments or lively conversations. Propane for fireplace and grill provided by guests.

• Extra Sleeping Options: The game room features two pull-out chairs that convert into beds, and there’s a sofa futon in the flex space that can serve as a 4th bedroom or a peaceful office space for remote work.

• Community Amenities: Located just across the street from the golf course within the country club, with access to tennis courts (including pickleball lines) and a community lifestyle center offering fitness classes, there’s no shortage of things to do! You can also take a stroll or bike ride to the community pool and spa for a refreshing dip.



• Unbeatable Location: Just half a mile from local shopping, dining, and the Polo Club, we're actually the closest development to The Polo Grounds. Our gate 50 is adjacent to the Polo Clubs. During festivals there's even locals giving golf car rides to the gate from our house, it's maybe a 2 - 5 minute golf cart ride, making this one of the closest homes possible to the events! Additionally, with easy access to Highway 111, Monroe, and Avenue 48, you'll find everything you need just a short drive away. Places like Tom’s Sushi, a juice bar, and even neighborhood Walmart are half a mile away from our property. 



• Historical Charm: Indian Palms Country Club is home to the historic Jacqueline Cochran, pioneering aviator and trailblazer in aviation. Our local airport which is only 10-12 minutes away is named after her. (We are also only 35 minutes to Palm Springs airport) Jacqueline Cochran's legacy as having resided here adds a unique, historical touch to this already special property that's been completely remodeled and is full of virtually every single amentity you can imagine - from golf to pickleball to racquetball to basketball, arcade games like roll and score, a professional pool table and much more - almost all for your private use with the exception of the public gym and golf club + tennis courts in our casual up-scale club.

We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so here are a few simple guidelines to keep in mind:

If you’re planning any events, bringing pets, or doing something out of the ordinary, please reach out to us ahead of time for approval pet fee is collected separately and is an additional charge typically $100 per pet. Since we’re a licensed short-term rental, we do have occupancy limits to ensure a peaceful and safe environment for everyone.

For pets, we ask that they’ve never had issues like biting or causing disturbances. That you clean up after them anywhere and an additional fee may be charged if cleaners have to dispose of any feces. We love furry friends, but we want to make sure they’re a good fit for the space!

Smoking or vaping must be outside and disposed of properly in the ash tray. If you check in and notice any issues please don't wait to tell us. We actually have an incredible cleaning crew so we don't have issues at checkin but as a long-time host I know most issues could have been addressed if guests know to inform us within the first hour or so of arriving to give everyone a chance to settle in and make your stay the most enjoyable possible!

Please note there may be additional fees for requests like early or late check-ins, extra pool usage, or if the space requires extra cleaning (such as from permanent stains or excessive pet hair). We just want to be transparent so you know what to expect and can easily follow the guidelines.

Lastly, all guests are asked to sign a lease agreement, which we encourage you to read through. It will be sent to you once you book a few days before your arrival, or right away if your arrival is in less than three days.
