Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:

With the extra large couch to cozy up on the plush seating by the warm fireplace, or enjoy movie nights on the sleek 65 inch Samsung Smart TV, complete with streaming options to suit everyone's taste. With the open concept you can enjoy the fire while having a elegant dinner party for 6, the kitchen island provides seating for another two or extra space to prepare everyone favorite dishes. The Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals for the family or host an intimate gathering.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located across from the dining area and features a king size bed, a 55 inch Samsung smart TV, a remote controlled ceiling fan, a walk in closet and access to the back patio. The private ensuite features a large tile shower , double vanity with a make up station as well. 

Bedroom 2 is next to the master and features a queen size bed, a 32 inch smart Vizio TV, remote controlled ceiling fan and a reach in closet. Bedroom 3 is next to the laundry room and features a bunk bed full over queen, a smart Vizio TV and a reach in closet. 

The hallway bathroom is located across from room 2 and 3 with entry on both sides, features a shower and tub combo and a double vanity sink. 

Bedroom Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Suite 1: 1 King-sized Bed- Sleeping 2.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen- size bed - sleeping 2 
Bedroom 3: 1 Full over queen bunk bed - sleeping 4 

Game Room Space:  
This home features a full game room in the garage area of the home, it includes basket ball game, a mini sized pool table slash ping pong table, foosball , mortal combat arcade system , poker table a couch with seating for 3 and a Samsung smart TV. Plus and extra fridge to store drinks in for all the late nights of gaming fun! 

Other Amenities: WiFi Wireless Internet. High-quality linens, bath and pool towels, and a starter set of  shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen includes a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, individually wrapped sponges, and dishwasher pods. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry pods.

This property also features parking for 4, 2 in the drive way and 2 on street parking.  Please note there are cameras at the property door bell ring and on the side of the property. There are two deactivated cameras that are covered in the backyard and garage/ game room of the home.
