This two story home is impeccably designed with contemporary modern furnishings with the sole intention of being a premier vacation rental. There were no expenses spared as we wanted to make sure this was a luxury vacation rental with all the comforts of home. As you enter the home you are greeted by a large large living room with ample seating for 10 people. The living room has a large plush sofa and love seat that will want to make you melt and not want to get up! There are also two grey accent chairs and two Ottoman poufs. There is a 80 in Smart TV with a sound bar and a dry bay area for you to make some cocktails and enjoy your favorite movie. Underneath the bar area area are all your favorite board games from Monopoly, scrabble, Uno, Jenna and more. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom downstairs. With all the bedrooms our goal was to maximize comfort from the plush mattresses, comfortable pillows, high quality linen and easy to use lightning. The kitchen has been beautifully redesigned with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for you to make ANY meal you want! There is also a modern dining table with seating for 8.

The backyard is what makes this home an entertainers paradise! The pool design is unique as it wraps around the house. There are plenty of pool lounge chairs for you to soak in the sun. The pool plaster was redone with new Lake Tahoe pebble tec giving it that enchanting blue water that is reminiscent of Lake Tahoe. The large patio area with ceiling fans covers the backyard to keep your friends and family cool from that hot desert sun. If you`ve ever been to Palm Springs, then you know some summer days get so hot it can be unbearable being outside without shade. All the backyard amenities from the firepit, billiards table, patio seating area, outdoor dining table, bbq grill and pool area are all connected. So whether you are swimming in the pool, eating some bbq, or playing billiards you are always with your friends and family! This Hidden Gem is an entertainers delight and will be your little slice of that Palm Springs lifestyle!

This home accommodates up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.

●Bedroom #2: King bed, full over full bunk bed (top bunk for 2 children or 1 adult), closet, luggage rack, ceiling fans, night stands, table lamp, 50` smart TV. *This bedroom can easily sleep 6 with 2 people on each full bed and another 2 on the King bed. *upstairs

--- EXTERIOR DETAILS ---
●Pool & Spa: Fully smart automation systems with easy spa control access, 6 sun loungers with side tables and patio umbrellas, (pool heating: $75/day, spa heating: $25/day). The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously as is normal with most pool/spa systems. The heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Any refunds issued as a result of a guest cancellation will exclude the payment processing fee, unless the California Cancellation Policy is applicable.

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. As per the City of Indio Policy for Vacation Rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.

2. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24 hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.

3. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

5. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

6. No more than 4 vehicles allowed.

7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

8. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be charged via your booking platform.

9. An additional cleaning fee of $140 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.

10. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 9–13 and April 16–20, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 23–27, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
