Welcome to A Coastal Break, your ideal beachside retreat perfectly positioned for a surf stay holiday. This inviting single-level home is just moments from the water, making it the perfect base for surfers, beach lovers, and families seeking a relaxed coastal escape. Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, the home features three bedrooms: a queen bedroom with a private ensuite, and two additional bedrooms each with a double bed.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The living area is tastefully furnished and includes a Smart TV, a sound system, and a selection of board games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. The fully equipped kitchen features a coffee machine and has everything you need for preparing casual meals and family feasts. There's also a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals together after a day at the beach.

Two bathrooms both have a shower, the ensuite includes a toilet and there is a further separate toilet. Additional comforts include ceiling fans and heating in every bedroom, wall-mounted reverse cycle heating and cooling, and an enclosed wood heater to keep you cozy in cooler months. Extra pillows and blankets are available, and room-darkening blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep. For your convenience, the home offers a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Step outside to enjoy a fully fenced yard with a lush garden area, outdoor seating, and an undercover patio with a BBQ, outdoor kitchen, and firepit—perfect for evenings spent under the stars. The property also offers a private entrance and parking for up to 4 cars. Pets are welcome, though only in the outdoor areas. The home is strictly non-smoking to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
