I stay here a lot and have regularly said it’s the best hotel in Scotland, bar none. I’m hoping this is a blip, but some new reception staff don’t know me yet and last 3 visits I’ve been put in rooms where the internet signal is really quite poor. As I’m there on business most of the time I rely on decent signal to get work done. Next time I’ll pay more attention and refuse a room in that section of the hotel for this reason. I’m loathe to write this as the hotel itself you just can’t fault.

Stayed loads of times. It’s a good hotel with parking. The rooms are clean and there is plenty of free on site parking. All the staff are pleasant, the food not bad but breakfast is unbelievably expensive and not worth paying for.

Had a wonderful stay, super big room, staff were very nice & helpful, enjoyed a lovely breakfast, close to bars,shops & restaurants

Garden suites perfect to be on your own but still close enough to hotel facilities. Breakfast offers good but orange juice tasteless.

Perfectly located within walking distance of the city centre but in a quiet area with excellent facilities. The room was in a quiet, secluded part of the grounds and was very large.
