Villa 870: Stunning 3 Bedroom Villa With Pool

This is a spacious 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom house with a swimming pool that is located in a small neighborhood with lots of Palms and old Oak trees. Besides squirrels and regular birds, we`ve been visited by big owls and sandhill cranes that give you the feeling of not leaving the relaxing lanai. We offer free Wi-Fi internet.

This house is pet free and smoke free. Smoking is permitted outside in the Lanai area only.

Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard. The pool and hot tub can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $35 per day. Hot tub can be heated daily, pool heating is 3 night minimum.

No more than 3 cars per reservation.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
