fire alarm

Pros: it is a nice place
Cons: communication
Location: Ipswich is a nice old town
The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. We waited outside for the fire brigade and went back inside after 30 minutes. According to other guests that was the second night it happened. no-one from the staff said sorry when we checked out.

Convenient location for our visit but room was a very long walk from reception, 2 flights of stairs and room was noisy due to everytime water was used by us or another room there was a loud water pump noise. Rooms 220 & 221 seemed almost separate from the rest of the rooms , perhaps saved for discounted stays.

Room was fine although one bedside light not working. Bathroom really needed an in depth clean - tiles and soap dish were dirty and had mildew on the tile grouting. No extractor fan in bathroom. Exterior of hotel and grounds looked tired and could all do with updating. Such a pity as hotel is in a lovely country setting. We would stay again because it was nice and easy for our little dog.

BEAUTIFUL ROOMS, PLENTY OF SPACE, CLEAN AND MODERN WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN

ENJOY AND RELAX

Pros: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT BAR BREAKFAST DINNER
Cons: From the A 12 this Hotel need a sign posted it is close towards the direction of Cop Dock
Location: Very close to the village of Woodbridge
Away from the A 12 Motorway Noise it is great to find a Hotel in the Country side close to the village of Cop Dock !!! ROOM DINNER BED BREAKFAST EXCELLENT

Comfortable hotel in quiet road and area,good valu

Pros: Adequate car parking friendly staff, reasonable bar and drink charges
Cons: Temperature control in bedroom
Comfortable and well equipped hotel, accepts well behaved dogs for a nominal fee, spacious well equipt bedrooms v good English breakfast with self service fresh fruits etc.

Pros: EXCELLENT !!!! DINNER BED AND BREAKFAST (the price of the room )
Cons: Need more paint and decoration in and outside the building but they are working very hard on the building program ! Keep it up ! Good Luck
Location: This Hotel is close to Wood bridge and it is 5 min drive away from the A 12 direction towards Cop dock
This is the third time we stayed in this Hotel lovely big bedroom Very nice bar and big seating area Customer Service excellent Tea and Coffee in the room
