Peaceful A-Frame Home in Kentucky • Hot Tub, Sauna & Private Fishing Pond
Some places are nice to stay. Station Camp Getaway is a place your family will talk about for years.
Set on 58 private acres in an Appalachian valley in Irvine, Kentucky, this elevated A-Frame retreat was built for one purpose: to make you stop, breathe, and actually be together. No TV by design. Just open valley views, mountain ridgelines, starlit skies, and the kind of stillness most families have forgotten exists.
THE ANIMALS — An Experience Unlike Anything in Kentucky
Step outside and meet some of the rarest farm animals in North America. A bonded pair of Suffolk Punch draft horses — a nearly extinct English breed with fewer than 2,000 left worldwide. A Highland cow and her calf, gentle and endlessly photogenic. Two Thoroughbreds grazing the open field. Guests are welcome to feed them, brush them, and hear their stories. Kids absolutely love it. This cannot be booked anywhere else in the state.

YOUR HOSTS
We are a bilingual couple (English & Spanish) who left lives in Panama and Chile to settle in this Appalachian valley. We live in a separate home adjacent to the property and give guests complete privacy. We pass through occasionally to tend to the animals — and that's usually when guests get their favorite moment of the trip. We respond within the hour, every day.
