Guest Access:

This is a self check-in villa. We send you a personalized access code so you can enter at your convenience within the established hours. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but we are always available by message for anything you may need during your stay. Please let us know when you are on your way.



You have full private access to the villa, its two terraces and the private plunge pool. You may also use the shared condominium pool, hammock area, BBQ area and gardens, which are shared with the other villas and apartments in the community.



The Neighborhood:

Isla Mujeres, a jewel of the Mexican Caribbean, is famous for its crystal-clear waters, white-sand beaches and relaxed atmosphere. Just 7 km long, this charming island offers an intimate, peaceful experience. It is known for its rich marine life, the MUSA Underwater Museum of Art and the chance to swim with whale sharks. The island center, with its colorful streets and local shops, invites you to explore Mexican culture and cuisine.



The villa is in a quiet area on the south, open-sea side, just 90 meters from the beach. Although it faces the open sea, the water is usually very calm. Please note the area is still developing, so you may hear some construction noise from neighboring properties.



Getting Around:

There are several ways to explore the island:

- Golf cart: the most popular and fun way to get around; ideal for small groups.

- Bicycle: an eco-friendly option; the island is small enough to explore by bike.

- Motorcycle: more mobility and speed; please follow safety rules and wear a helmet.

- Taxi: comfortable if you prefer not to drive.

- Colectivos: small shared trucks, an economical option.

- On foot: many attractions, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance.



Arriving by air: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is the closest. From there, take a taxi, pre-booked shuttle or ADO bus to the Ultramar ferry terminal in Puerto Juarez, then a short, scenic ferry ride to Isla Mujeres. The villa is conveniently located once on the island.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the area is still under development, and one home in the condominium is being remodeled, so you may hear construction noise inside the condominium during the day. As is common on Isla Mujeres, water supply and hot-water pressure can occasionally vary; we monitor this and assist promptly if anything comes up.



Before arrival, we request an official photo ID of every guest who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This official identification is required to authorize access to the property and to comply with the building's rules.



You may encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs and small animals (geckos, spiders, scorpions) during your stay. We care about the environment and ask you to respect them; please do not leave food outside.



Your reservation includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap and other essentials. Additional cleaning or replenishment during your stay is available for an extra cost.



For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21 degrees C, as this can affect its performance.
