The home is tastefully decorated and appointed, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs, full size laundry, fully equipped kitchen with island seating, additional dining area, and family room. The wrap-around balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks while overlooking the pool & canal (manatee sightings are a frequent occurrence too!). Downstairs has an additional bedroom and full bathroom, family room with a full-sized pull out sofa, dining area, and small kitchen. Walk out the sliding glass doors and you're just a few steps from your beautiful pool and hot tub! Fish the canal in your backyard, then clean your fresh catch at the 8 foot fish cleaning station. You'll also have a 2,000 lb commercial grade ice machine at your disposal, for icing down your adult beverages or filling your fish cooler.

A beautiful new 6-passenger golf cart, as well as a 7,000 lb boat lift that can accommodate up to a 24 ft boat, and a 20,000 lb lift that can accommodate up to a 40 ft boat, are all available for an additional monthly fee. If you'd like more info, please ask!
