It is a private, gated community and the grounds have 2 tennis/pickleball courts, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, a private beach area and a fishing dock. The waters are filled with abundant marine life, ideal for snorkeling.

BONUS with your rental agreement you have free access to Founder`s Park next door where you can enjoy the beach and snorkeling, etc. They often have free concerts and other free events too. The park has trails for running, walking and biking and more!

If you would like to bring your boat, you can dock it at Founders Park for a reasonable fee, which is right next door to the Executive Bay Club. NO docking allowed at the EBC marina.
