Guests initially enter Beachside Cottage by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the screened porch. Enter the screened porch to find the front door. Once you enter the front door, you will enter the living room, dining room and kitchen. All of the rooms of the home are located on this one level. The primary suite is located on one side of the living room and dining room and the two guest bedrooms are located on the other side of the living room and dining room areas. You can access the screened porch through the primary suite as well. The back door in the kitchen leads to the back deck, which has a picnic table, gas BBQ grill and an exterior staircase to the backyard.



Tenant must be 25 years old. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

This was seriously one of the cleanest and most well kept rentals we have ever stayed in. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was what you would expect and want in a vacation rental. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Girls Getaway!

What a lovely 'girls' getaway to celebrate my granddaughter's first birthday! Had a wonderful time with my daughters and my granddaughter for her birthday weekend. This is a beautiful place and perfect location! We were able to take the cutest 1st birthday pictures on the beach (very short walking distance). Location is close to everything and a short drive to Charleston. House was very clean and very well stocked. The whole process was so easy from booking to checking out. Wonderful experience with priceless memories! Thank you to the wonderful hosts! Highly recommend!

Great retreat

My 5 friends and I enjoyed our time at the cottage. Very nice place to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. It does lack mirrors. None in living room or bunk rooms. It made it harder to share 2 bathrooms. Overall we would recommend this place as a beautiful place to stay.

Perfect spot

This beach house was perfect for our 6 night stay at IOP. Its's location is hard to beat as it's easily walkable to the beach, neighborhood pool, bars/restaurants and Harris Teeter. The house itself has a nice "user friendly" layout with updated and comfortable furnishings. It was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

The listing was 100% accurate. Very clean! The most stocked kitchen we have ever had in a VRBO including spices. Comfortable screened in porch. Excellent communication with management company. 100 yards to the shore; 25 yards to pool; 100 yards to Harris Teeter. Front bedroom is slightly challenging to keep cool if door is closed.

Terrific location, lovely house!

This was the perfect spot for our family of five. The house is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. Location is excellent- a very short walk to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants are walks me too.
