The screen porch is a favorite gathering place where you can sit in the shade, sip your tea, catch up on good conversation, and take in all the laughter from the pool. Additional outdoor spaces include the third-floor porch and roof top deck where you can catch the morning sun, rising over the ocean.
Inside, this home at 4000+ sq ft, boasts an open floor plan, where the kitchen overlooks a large oversized dining table (seats 10) and a spacious living room with massive windows with views of the pool from every angle. The kitchen offers additional seating at the breakfast bar as well as a large pantry with an extra refrigerator offering overflow for large families. You will love that there is a separate media room, on the main floor, offering an additional gathering space for children or adults. On the third floor there are 2 master suites each with king beds and ensuite bathrooms; one with a large private sitting room. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use. Pool heating available for $600 fee at time of booking. Need 14 days advance notice to heat the pool. When temps are below 50 degrees the pool may only get to 60 degrees. If it has been cold it will take time to heat back up. Pool Fee is per week cannot be prorated. Pool has a spa built in the pool (the spa cannot be heated separately) - it just recirculates the pool water, so it will be the same temperature as the pool. "Spa mode " just activates the jets. No pets, No smoking.

This home has complimentary cable TV and wireless high-speed internet. All bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals. **** Starter kits/toiletries include small dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom, starter size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bar.
