The rooms within this condo are all on one level -- there are no stairs within the unit after you take the community elevator (or public stairwell) to the second floor and walk into the front door. With an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room and kitchen areas, Salty Sunrise provides its guests with plenty of opportunity to interact and enjoy one another's company while also having separate areas for individual down time. You could spend hours gazing at the ocean, sand dunes and swaying palmetto trees through the two arc windows in the living room. Guests enter Salty Sunrise by taking the building's elevator (or the community staircase) to the 2nd floor and entering the front door of the home. Once you enter the front door, you will find an entryway, which leads to the kitchen, dining & living room areas. The condo's guest bedroom and bathroom are located off of the kitchen and entryway areas. The condo's master bedroom suite is located off of the living room. You'll enjoy views of the ocean and the Seascape community pool from the living room, master bedroom and private balcony (that is accessible from both the master bedroom suite and the living room). There is a washing machine & dryer in the condo.



Salty Sunrise is located within the Seascape residential community in the Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

Condo was great, beautiful view! A few things needed fixed, kitchen cabinet door and a few outlets didn’t work. Condo was advertised to have beach access but the beach access was closed. This was a huge selling point for us and the main reason for choosing this condo over the others.

Great Location

From what we saw, this building is probably the closest one to the beach in the Wild Dunes area. Very easy beach access and nice pool area. Good views of the beach as well. The unit could have been a little better stocked with paper products (paper towels, tissues, napkins), but that is a small issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach condo

The condo was very clean and there was a welcome letter with some goodies which was nice!! The view was beautiful and it was very quiet. The one negative thing I would say was that there’s ongoing construction on and near the property which was a little inconvenient and not very nice looking. Also wish there were golf cart rentals in the resort. But the owner was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

This property was a great home away from home that had the ocean view I was looking for
the only concrete between us and that ocean was around a well maintained pool! Very clean and spacious. The bottle of wine and Charleston key lime cookies that were left for us was a very nice personal touch. I highly recommend this property.

Location couldn't be better!

Perfect location right on the beach, overlooking the complex pool, at the northern end of Isle of Palms - aka no crowds/traffic. Perfect for quiet relaxation but still close to restaurants, attractions and historic downtown Charleston. Very comfortable. Great stay!

Excellent location!

The Salty Sunrise was the perfect place for our family to stay! Everything was as advertised and very clean! Our three year old loved the short walk to the beach and pool. The construction was very minimal and the pool was open. This was our first time at IOP but will definitely want to stay at the Salty Sunrise again!

Great stay!

The property was very clean upon arrival. Ocean view was amazing! The property was as described. Overall construction did not impact our stay. When we booked the note was that the pool would open June 1. So we took a gamble booking for June 12. Unfortunately pool wasn’t ready but the noise was minimal and the construction did not limit our beach view. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view of the ocean and quick access to the beach. The children wished the pool was open. It was not clear as to the amount of construction being done, which was a lot- the noise wasn’t an issue, just the heavy toxic smell. In addition, the person upstairs from the condo was up very early every day and woke us all up. Great location!
