On the ground floor you will find a large living room with local stone coverings, a dining room and a comfortable sofa to relax in front of the flat-screen TV. Super fast and stable Wi-Fi connection, perfect for digital nomads who want to work remotely and at the same time enjoy the beauties, food and sea of Sicily. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, electric oven and coffee machine. On the upper floor, accessible via an external staircase, you will find a second kitchen also fully equipped.
Bedrooms: Villa Zamia has 5 double bedrooms, perfect for comfortably accommodating families and groups of friends. Two bedrooms on the upper floor are equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort during hot summer nights. On the ground floor, three bedrooms offer a cool and relaxing atmosphere, with a very powerful air conditioner in the hallway capable of cooling the rooms completely evenly and gently.
Bathrooms: Villa Zamia has four well-equipped bathrooms to ensure maximum comfort for all guests. On the ground floor, you will find two indoor bathrooms with showers and an outdoor bathroom with shower and laundry, ideal for those in the garden or pool. On the upper floor, there is an additional bathroom with a shower.
Electricity consumption included up to 250 kw per week (36 kw per day). In case of excess consumption, an extra amount of 1.10 cents per KW will be required.
