Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Zimmer in die Hof sind leider sehr laut, weil es einige Clubs da gibt - ohne Ohrenstöpsel kein Schlaf. Aber ich konnte mein Zimmer am nächsten Tag wechseln, das war super.

As you know, our hotel located is in the middle of of street called İstiklal Caddesi and there has some a club which is open till late time, mostly on weekends. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer sehr klein. Keine Ablage möglich im Badezimmer. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Gute Lage für einen Kurztrip in Istanbul. Wir waren glücklich mit unserer Auswahl trotz kleiner Defekte beim Badewannenmischer im Jacuzzi. Das Hotelteam war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Perfekt!!

PERFEKT. Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Istanbul ist eine sehr sehr schöne Stadt. Die Menschen sind offen und herzlich.

Not really a 4*. It could do with updating its decor. The reception staff were friendly, not the spa though. Found them sleeping on chairs during the day. Not professional and were rude. The Hotel could do with closing for a week and giving it a deep clean. Found black-mould in the en-suite and whirlpool. The staff never cleaned the pool and Sauna facilities. The table in the sauna had the same cup marks for a week! It was convenient being behind Istiklall St. Downside, the music in the evening till 2am. We decided to go and sit there instead of trying to sleep through it. The mini bar fridge door kept falling off. The only mirror in the room was oddly placed near the bed. Not enough coat hangers. Did not want to use the drawers. Thankfully I brought sanitizer to spray the whole room and en-suite, including the sheets and towels. Toilet was dirty on arrival. The breakfast option was not really worth it. Found it was not up to standard. They don’t have enough crockery and glasses as they were being washed and replaced quickly without drying them. Not enough selection. Staff didn’t seem friendly. The visit was during mid August. Maybe the service is better in a quieter period.

Hotellin sijainti on ostosmatkailijalle paras mahdollinen, Istiklal-kävelykatu liikkeineen on vain n. 200 m päässä. Osa hotellihuoneista on melko pieniä. Meillä oli DeLuxe-huone merinäköalalla ja huone oli riittävän kokoinen, mutta sänky olisi saanut olla leveämpi. Huone oli kaikin puolin siisti ja wifi toimi tasaisen hyvin ilman katkeiluja. Aamiainen saattaa jakaa mielipiteitä, mutta meille se oli riittävä.
