âïžâïžâïžâ â Disappointing for a Four-Star Hotel
I stayed at this hotel during the high season and unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations of a four-star standard. I would rate it more as a solid three-star hotel.
Staff:
The staff appeared to be mostly inexperienced or low-cost hires. While some were friendly, there was a clear lack of professionalism throughout the service.
Food & Beverage:
The food and drink situation was frustrating:
Even during peak season, essential items were frequently missing â there was no ayran, no tea (which is quite standard in Turkey), and not enough ice cream.
For iced coffee or cocktails, there was no syrup available, which made certain drinks impossible to prepare.
Key food items, like börek or fried onions that were part of the menu, were often missing.
Cleanliness & Spa:
The spa area was not consistently clean, and didnât seem to be properly maintained.
Location:
The hotel is quite isolated. There are no public transport options nearby, and you need to take a taxi to reach the city. On foot, you can only reach a small shop and the beach, which is about a 15-minute walk.
Conclusion:
Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering it was during high season. Service and availability were far below expectations.
I would not return to this hotel.
