Dieses Anwesen am See ist ein neu renoviertes modulares Haus, das groß genug ist, damit mehrere Familien zusammen Urlaub machen können! Bietet 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, 2 Wohnzimmer, eine große KĂŒche und einen Essbereich mit Platz fĂŒr 12 Personen. Dieses Haus hat genug Platz fĂŒr alle, um sich auszubreiten und ihre Zeit zu genießen.

Es gibt eine Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Badezimmer mit einer gerÀumigen Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken.

Es gibt 2 Queen-Zimmer und jedes befindet sich neben einem Badezimmer. Beide Badezimmer bieten eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne.

Der Schlafraum verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 4 Betten und eine Ausziehcouch, sodass er problemlos Platz fĂŒr 6 Personen bietet und perfekt fĂŒr Kinder jeden Alters geeignet ist

Das letzte Schlafzimmer ist als Kinderzimmer mit einem Einzelbett eingerichtet. Dieses Schlafzimmer ist perfekt fĂŒr kleine Kinder und enthĂ€lt einige Spielsachen und einen Teppich zum Spielen. Es gibt eine aufblasbare Matratze, die bei Bedarf problemlos in diesem Raum verwendet werden kann, und wir bieten auch ein Pack and Play an, das in jedem der Schlafzimmer verwendet werden kann.

Zu den Außeneinrichtungen gehören eine extra große, teilweise ĂŒberdachte Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den See sowie zahlreiche Unterhaltungs- und Essbereiche mit Grill. Great house on the lake. Communication with the owner was great! We rented this house for a weekend trip to the mine to dig for crystals. It was very close to that as well as a grocery store for all of our necessities. We would definitely rent again if we are in the area.

Awesome stay again

This is our second stay at this property. It is perfect for our expanding family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It had everything we needed. Located in a quiet cove that was great for swimming. Kayaks were available for the more adventurous to explore the lake. We are ready to book again!

Weekend at the Lake

My husband & I rented this house on the Lake for ourselves and some friends while we were in the area for our college reunion. As it turned out, only my husband and myself ended up staying in the house for the weekend. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed the views of the Lake.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

We can’t say enough about our stay at the Lake. It was plenty big enough for our family of 11, Kitchen is outfitted with everything you need and lake access was tremendous. We spent most days on the back patio enjoying wildlife and family games. The town of Iva is a quaint spot and Abbeville is only 20 minutes away and full of history and a great downtown. You can’t miss with staying here!

Great stay

Our family has outgrown our own lake house. This spot was prefect for our extended family members. Enough room for everyone to have their own space and a table big enough to come together for meals. The paddle boards and kayak added to the fun. We have already booked another stay!

Wedding weekend

My niece was getting married at a house on the lake so my sister's families and I rented this house to be able to enjoy the wedding weekend. The house was perfect for our 3 families ranging from 7 years old to 50 years old (9 people total, with beds to spare). We were less than a 5 minute pontoon ride to the wedding house which was perfect for rehearsal day and wedding day. Kathy has been extremely responsive from booking and even went above and beyond sharing a personal item to us when we were in need. Cannot say enough GREAT things about the property and the host. Thank you!

Beautiful, Spacious, comfortable, quiet, lovely outdoor space

We loved the Lake House! We had family come in for our daughter’s wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone! Bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets, sheets and towels. Beautiful functional kitchen. 2 living rooms! The outdoor deck spanned most of the home. Lots of comfortable furniture outside; great space to enjoy our company. Kids could be outside playing! They really enjoyed the family of 3 ducks that would come to visit. Kayaks, SUP, life vests, nice socks! It was a great place for us to relax and enjoy our family!

Almost perfect

The house and setting were absolutely lovely, the house was well decorated and spacious, the lake was a ton of fun, and communication with the host was excellent. We really felt welcome and enjoyed most of our stay. That being said, there were a few cleanliness issues, mold and grime on the grill required a trip into town for cleaning supplies and an hour of elbow grease, expired food in cabinets, lightbulbs out, and a broken doorknob that left my son stuck in a bathroom. HOWEVER, all of these things can be attributed to the fact that March is probably the off season and we were likely the first guests in a while, and we really did enjoy our stay regardless of the few issues!!

Wonderful Trip

We enjoyed the week swimming and sunning. We were able to rent a pontoon and explore the lake as well. Neighbors were super nice. The accommodations were perfect for our large group, and even was child friendly for my 2 yr old grandson. We had a blast and will definitely be back !

Great little hideway near outdoor activities!

Great accommodations and great host! Sleeping arrangements were great with 4 different bedroom. Primary bedroom was a true primary. Smart TV's in 4 main bedrooms. Deck is large and plenty of seating inside and OUT! Fans on porch were a nice touch. And propane grill. Thank you!
