The pool was ok not completely full and hot tub not completely full. Did get a hold of host and it was corrected and kids enjoyed! Other than those bumps. A great weekend for all of us. Definitely would recommend this spacious place.

Activities were great. Over half of the chairs and lights did not work in the theater room. The fabric furniture inside and out was very dirty. The bedding quality was not good for the price of the rental. Especially the pillows. The pickle ball court and pool were the highlights. Also, the bedroom suites were lovely ( bedding excluded)

Best House In Ivins

We will be staying here again!!9 king beds with private baths2 bunk bed rooms that sleep so many. Pickleball, pool, hot tub for a win. Very clean, great neighborhood. Close to Black Desert, Harmons and Swig!!

Amazing Time / Lots of Soace

We did a company executive meeting. Lots of space, personal space, and large gathering space. We fixed dinner together in the kitchen and bbq area. We swam, sat around the fire pit, play in the sports court, and time in the theater room. When the executives left a few families got together and had their families over. Lots of space for family too.

Wonderful Family Reunion Location

We had a fabulous family reunion at this location. It was very convenient to both have a pool at the house and the water park. The inside dining table can be configured to seat your entire group. The two dishwashers, two ovens, and washer/dryers were very handy. The general floorplan lends itself to both group activities and seating areas for more intimate conversations. If you forget anything, there is shopping close to the house. Overall, we had a family reunion full of cherishes memories enjoying every moment. I highly recommend this house.

Fun family house

Such a great spacious house for a big group! Only a couple complaints. First, the bedding is terrible. Super scratchy sheets and the flattest pillows I’ve ever seen. Second, the pool is ice cold and the hot tub doesn’t get very hot. Other than this we had a great time. The house layout is awesome and the sport court is so fun!

Great house

we have stayed in this house twice. It is a great house and we love everything about it. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is that none of the appliances were working well. The 2 dryers were both broke. One of the ovens didn't turn on. One of the dishwashers was broke. The water/ice dispenser on the fridge didn't work. We did contact management and they came and fixed one of the dryers, but the other appliances they weren't able to fix. When we tried to plug in 2 grills in the kitchen to cook breakfast it flipped the breaker. Other than that the house was great. We loved having our own pool and hot tub, and pickle ball court.

Beautiful. Spacious. Great Location

I traveled with my competition dance team and chaperones. Everyone had a wonderful time, thoroughly enjoyed the home and its amenities. The only thing anyone was disappointed in was that we didn't stay an extra day to relax and take advantage of everything the property and resort had to offer.

27 of us; 17 adults stayed comfortably in this 6k sq. ft home. Indoor and outdoor amenities were as advertised. Nice neighborhood, clean and safe. We had a great time.

Great space for families!

The house was amazing! Plenty of room for all 7 couples and 21 grand children -6 months to 15 years old! So much space and well supplied. The house was so clean. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool on property and called to have it cleaned. Never came. And there were torn cushions on outside furniture-but that didn’t interfere with our fun. It was a wonderful place. I do wish the pool had been cleaner for the price.

Nice but management was poor.

We really liked the actual house, but management didn't seem to care about keeping the property in order. The following were problems we had during the visit. Complaint 1: When we got there on Saturday the garbage was overflowing and very stinky. There were bags of garbage on top of the cans. We contacted management and they said they would take care of it, but they never did. Complaint 2: On the first night it got hot downstairs just as we were going to bed (around 11:30pm). We investigated and discovered that the furnace cover was missing some screws and was open. We also found that the air filters were completely clogged and should have been changed at least a month earlier. We had to vacuum the junk off from both filters and fix the furnace door. It was 12:30am before we could get to bed. Complaint 3: Pool cover wouldn't work. Complaint 4: Two chairs in the theater room were broken and stuck fully extended, making it very difficult to get around. They said they would take care of it but did not. The house itself was great and we loved the pickleball court and the ping pong table, but I am very disappointed in the management of the property. We paid good money, and we expected everything to be in good condition.

Great House Missing a few things.

The house was very nice and clean. There were a few things that I would like to have changed. The Roku remote was missing in the theater room so we were unable to watch any movies in there because we didn’t bring any dvds with us. The key to the pool gate was also missing so we had to go the long way around through the sports court to unlock the pool gate. The cover on the pool was not functioning and we had little Kids with us so we had to keep the gate locked which made not having the key all that much more inconvenient. The internet was also a little finicky. We would Definitely stay there again, and if they could address those issues it would be 5 stars across the board.

Amazing house for large group

While looking for a house for our 40th anniversary celebration with our family, this house checked all the boxes. Every amenity was used during our time there. Pool, hot tub and slide were used day and night, grandkids used the basketball/pickle ball court, kids used the theater room and video game systems, and we enjoyed the large living areas for games and puzzles daily. The fire pit was the spot for s’mores with the grandkids. We fixed all meals in the large kitchen. Dishes are glass but I took plastic dishes and two dishwashers came in handy. The large capacity washers and dryers worked great, as well. We found the house to be well supplied and very clean. All of our grown kids had their own rooms and bathrooms, which we wanted. As a family of 29, we had plenty of space for everyone to be together. It really was the perfect house for us. The pool cover worked great. We could cover and uncover with a flip of a switch. Minor issues were one stove did not work but we were fine since the house has two stoves. One broken recliner in the theater room, but there are 18 in there. There is a nice Keurig in the kitchen but it popped most of the pods. (I brought mine for the kitchenette upstairs and didn’t pop any so I wasn’t the pods.) Dollar Tree kitchen utensils in the kitchen but we got by. All in all, we definitely recommend this house in every way. We made awesome memories with our kids, grandkids, and great-grand baby in this wonderful home.

Amazing house

We were so pleased with our stay at this house. It was so nice having a pool, hot tub, and pickleball right at the house. There were 25 of us and we had plenty of room. Highly recommend this house

Very Pleased

Very nice property. We have 37 in our family and we loved all the bedrooms and the huge open kitchen and living areas and the kids lived in the pool. The pickleball and basketball courts were a hit. Everything seemed well maintained and no one bothered us. Check in was all online and the code got us in. It was perfect for our family but obviously very pricey.

Had a great time!

Our family of 29 people stayed here over the weekend for my parents 50th anniversary! It was perfect! A room/bathroom for all the adult couples and bunk rooms enough to fit all 15 kids! It didn’t feel like we were cramped or in each others spaces. There were a few things that were broken, like seats in the theater room, but that didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time! Great house to rent!
