After trying multiple times to resolve this without making a terrible review it doesnt seem thats possible. Made reservations at this home, before leaving for our trip I read where the last tenant report he was withoutnheat for awhile. After multiple attempts to ensure we had heat, finally got a response late the day of arrival. They had placed an electric heater. No other response and no help. I messaged back explained we would not be staying there due to the heat and went and stayed at hotel instead. The owner stated that night he would refund. After messaging several times since then and calling VrBO there is no resolution. The owner has still not messaged me back about refund nor has VRBO . Im not one to write a bad review but this is definitely a place that everyone should be aware of, especially due to the extreme lack of honest communication.
