The neighborhood

Quiet & Private. Jackson Springs is a rural community with spacious lots, wooded surroundings, and minimal traffic. Ideal for unwinding, stargazing, and enjoying nature.

Close to Pinehurst. The property is an easy drive to the historic Pinehurst Village (restaurants, pubs, boutiques) and legendary golf courses, including Pinehurst No. 2.

Outdoor Lifestyle. Guests enjoy access to countless outdoor activities: golfing, hiking, horseback riding, lakes, and nature preserves.

Safe & Relaxed. The cul-de-sac setting and low-density neighborhood make it feel safe, quiet, and peaceful — perfect for families and groups.


Getting around
Parking is private and spacious, making it easy for groups traveling with multiple vehicles or golf gear. A car is recommended. World-class Pinehurst courses, the Village, dining, and groceries are all just a short drive away. Ride-share services like Uber are also available in the area.


Other things to note

STRICTLY NO PETS: This property has amenities that are unsuitable for pets. Please make other arrangements for pets during your trip. If we find evidence of pets, you will be charged a standard fine of $1000 to cover carpet and upholstery cleaning and compensation to the next guests for delayed check-in.

EXTRA GUESTS: The price quoted includes a $30 per-person-per-night fee on bookings for more than 8 guests. The extra fees apply up to 16 guests for a maximum of $240 per night for more than 16 guests.

PARTIES AND NOISE. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. Excessive noise violations - especially after 10pm - may result in immediate termination of the stay. Per local ordinances, quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No noise can come from the property during these hours. This includes the backyard, patios, and decks.

GUEST RESTRICTIONS. The individual booking the property must be 21 years or older. Guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.

NO SMOKING. Please do not smoke inside the home or near entryways or open windows.

POOL SEASON: The swimming pool is ONLY open from MAY to MID-SEPTEMBER.

EXTRA CLEANING: We expect guests to maintain this property as they would their own home, keeping things tidy, doing dishes, and cleaning up messes as they occur. If the home requires extra cleaning for things like spills, stains, trash lying around, spa or pool water contamination, or similar, we will reach out to request a reasonable extra cleaning fee.
