Spacious residential home. This was our second stay, though we were very disappointed this time Good: -multiple bedrooms-multiple bathroom-nice area-clean-many amenities-access to caged private pool-private parking, private-centralized location Poor:-needs upgrades (pool and pool area need some serious tlc, powering washing, cleaning, resurfacing, caulking) landscaping - master bedroom bed needs replaced. A bolt fell off the second my husband sat on it. It was fixed quickly by owners, however, It makes so much noise even when rolling over in your sleep it woke us up continuously. Very uncomfortable- instead of replacing the broken microwave they added another on a counter in an already small space - nest temperature regulation system gets 1 star. House was 78 degrees when we arrived. Took several hours to regulate. Owners then locked the system at 70 degrees. Unable to change. This temperature was awful for our family as the house rarely stayed at 70 and was often much warmer. Waking up sweating was not enjoyable. Leaving the home for several hours to explore coming back to a home that had to be almost 80 degrees and waiting for it to get back down to 70 was awful. - master bedroom shower curtain is stained -having a pool, supplying pool towels would have been nice (Im glad I checked ahead of time)- no grill Last time we were at the home a grill was provided. We used it our entire stay. This time the grill was gone. Big disappointment
