The primary suite includes a comfortable work desk, a super cozy king size bed, and a luxurious feeling ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, making it easy for guests who need to mix business with leisure



With two separate living areas, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Perfect for relaxing and watching a movie, we also have a game room with a pool table creates the ideal spot for friendly competition and evening fun.



The home also includes both a formal dining area and a cozy breakfast nook, making it easy to enjoy meals together whether it’s a quick morning coffee or a full family dinner.



Step outside into the private enclosed courtyard, a charming outdoor space perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, or small gatherings with friends and family.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire townhome, including all living spaces, bedrooms, the game room with pool table, and the private enclosed courtyard. Parking is available at the property for your convenience.

Please note that access to the Cherokee Ranch Golf Course is not included with the stay. The Cherokee Ranch Golf Club charges $45 green fees Tuesday - Thursday, & $75 Friday - Sunday. They also have Pickleball Which is $10 Pay to Play.

The home is located in the Pebble Creek subdivision, a quiet and well-kept community situated along the beautiful Cherokee Ranch Golf Course in Jacksonville, Texas. The neighborhood offers peaceful surroundings with scenic golf course views while still being just a short drive from local dining, shopping, and everyday conveniences.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. The home is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Jacksonville, local restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. East Texas attractions, lakes, and nearby towns are all within an easy drive, making this a great home base for exploring the region.



Other Things to Note:

*** The courtyard has a Subpump that is plugged into an outlet in the court yard. This helps divert water when it rains to ensure the townhome and neighboring townhome do not experience any water damage. Please do not touch, or disconnect this at anytime.
