Our first-floor unit, part of Seagate Condos (a small four-unit building that enjoys one of the closest to the ocean lots on Amelia Island!), features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with extremely comfortable furnishings. The Master boasts Bali inspired decor, equipped with a king size bed and luxury linens/pillows so you can rest the night away. The guest room- a cozy queen with a true, beach cottage feel. Relax in the evenings in the fully upgraded bathroom which features a Jacuzzi tub, marble tile and quartz countertop sink. Enjoy the open concept living room and kitchen showcasing white quartz countertops, new appliances, and white cabinets with lots of light filtering in through the two large glass sliding doors. Relax on our comfy, Pottery Barn sectional backdropped by a beachy shiplap wall and enjoy one of your favorite Netflix films to close out a relaxing day on the beach.

Retreat through one of the sliding doors to your own large, private oceanfront deck. Lounge in the hammock in the shade, have happy hour on the outdoor sectional, enjoy our *new* gas fire pit while listening to the ocean waves, or host a dinner party at the solid teak table which seats six. Cook your own dinner and pick your fresh herbs from one of our well-maintained, raised garden beds, or have our private chef come cook in for you and your guests! Enjoy your morning coffee in one of two large lounge chairs with cushioned ottoman overlooking the dunes and listening to the sound of the waves (keep an eye out for the gopher turtles- mornings are when they love to make an appearance in the dunes!).

Stroll down your private beach access and enjoy one of the least crowded beaches in Northeast Florida. Enjoy shark teeth hunting? You have found your spot as this area is known as a "honey hole" for shark teeth! A short walk on the beach puts you at 2 great beachfront restaurants. Outdoor enthusiast? As part of your stay, we include usage of our THREE ocean kayaks as well as our soft top surfboard and paddleboard. There is nothing better than a calm morning on the ocean! Golfers? Great! As part of your stay you will also enjoy access to the exclusive “The Golf Club of Amelia Island” and their immaculate 18-hole championship golf course which also hosts the famous “Concours De’ Elegance” (based on availability/guest fees apply). Our condo is also a short 5-minute drive from historic downtown Fernandina Beach where you can enjoy some of the finest restaurants in Northeast Florida!

This beach condo is truly one of a kind. Unlike most condos, there are no stairs or elevators along your route to get to the beach. Just walk out the back door, and you're there! Another favorite feature of ours is the large deck out back. Where most people have a balcony with a couple of chairs, our beachfront deck is large enough to house an outdoor sectional, two large lounge chairs with an ottoman, a teak table that seats six, a hammock, and 3 raised garden beds. You won't want to spend any time inside!!

Amelia Island is a dream vacation spot. It is truly one of the most beautiful islands in the world and is filled with fantastic beaches, restaurants, and southern charm. We have fallen in love, and we are sure you will too!
