Amenities include an oceanside community pool, covered designated parking, a tennis court/pickle ball court, and direct access to one of the quietest stretches of beach on our 13-mile island.

Throughout their stay, guests will have the comfort of accessing the parking garage situated just outside the elevator to the unit. Unloading and loading vehicles is a breeze regardless of the weather thanks to the direct elevator, with doors opening to the property's private entry.

The kitchen is beautifully designed with quartz countertops and custom cabinets. Fully stocked with all the essentials, it includes stainless steel appliances, a toaster, blender, crockpot, ice maker, and two coffeemakers, a standard drip option with glass carafe and a Keurig.

The main living area, which encompasses the kitchen, dining table and family room, all serve stunning ocean views and open to the spacious, private balcony.

The main bedroom suite has a King bed, flat screen TV, jewelry box, access to the oceanfront balcony and large walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom includes his and her sinks, a garden tub and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed and Daybed with a flat screen TV, ample closet space, private balcony access, and attachment to the second bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom also has a Queen bed, large closet, private balcony access and flat screen TV. However it's attached bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Golf enthusiasts will be delighted, as Amelia Island boasts many award-winning courses. Nearby is Oak Marsh, a classic Pete Dye-designed golf course known for its narrow fairways. A little farther is the Amelia River Golf Club, a Tom Jackson-designed course with smooth TifEagle greens. Both of these consist of 18 holes and have fantastic views.

Bike rentals are also available from nearby vendors, and many guests enjoy cruising down to the Amelia Island State Park, which protects over 200 acres of unspoiled wilderness along the southern tip of Amelia Island. There, guests can also enjoy a horseback riding excursion through Kelly Seahorse Ranch, the only licensed professional horse ranch located on the beach in the entire state of Florida!
