Located in the desirable north end of Amelia Island, this spacious three-bedroom, two-bath condominium offers contemporary coastal comfort just a short walk to the beach, with beautiful ocean views and one of the closest condo locations to downtown Fernandina Beach.

The newer Ocean Park building features an on-site pool and hot tub, and this unit includes a private garage and a large covered balcony — perfect for enjoying ocean breezes and coastal scenery. Guests also have access to outdoor grills, making it easy to enjoy casual cookouts and the relaxed island lifestyle.

Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a bright and welcoming gathering space, with high ceilings and abundant natural light throughout. There’s plenty of room to relax, enjoy meals together, or settle in for a movie or game night. Sliding glass doors lead out to the private, covered balcony, where you can take in sweeping ocean views and coastal surroundings.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and water closet. The bedroom also enjoys ocean views and offers a quiet, relaxing retreat at the end of the day.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed, making it a great setup for children or additional guests. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A rollaway bed is also available for extra sleeping flexibility.

Neighborhood Overview:

Ocean Park is conveniently located on the laid-back north end of the island and is a quick drive to all of the island`s best dining and shopping. Although it is about as close as you can get to the historic downtown while still being on the beach, the north end of the island tends to be a little bit quieter than most other areas of the island as there is minimal through traffic. The beach is generally not very crowded and is frequented by locals and surfers.

Within walking distance, you will find Main Beach which features the Salt Life and Sandbar Kitchen restaurants, a playground, and beachside putt putt golf. From Main Beach, Amelia Island`s downtown historic district is just a short drive down Atlantic Avenue. There you will find plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and local culture. Fort Clinch State Park is also located along Atlantic Avenue. The park features the 19th century Fort Clinch (open to the public for tours), a great beach, and lots of beautiful trails for hiking or biking.

Getting Around:

Amelia Island is a small area and is easy to navigate! There is free parking available throughout the entire island, making driving very easy to any place you choose to visit.

Although Uber/Lyft are not very reliable on the island (we strongly recommend bringing a car), they are available through the app on your smartphone.

Bike rentals are available at `The Beach Store` located approximately two miles south of Sea Glass Cottage. Riptide Watersports also delivers bikes.

Other Information:

• Guests will have full access to all common areas of the property, including the pool, hot tub, and grills.
• Self check-in via coded smart lock.
• For your convenience, the unit is stocked with an iron/ironing board, broom/dustpan, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and beach towels.
• Fresh linens, a starter supply of housekeeping supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, basic toiletries, K-Cups, and trash bags are all included.

We do our best to have your accommodations available by this time. Peak times and holidays are especially difficult, so please understand we are working hard to have your unit available as soon as possible. We cannot make refunds for a delayed check-in time. Please do not arrive to the property early if not approved. Our cleaners are working hard to get it ready for your arrival.

Check-Out: Check-out time is scheduled by 11:00am. Late check-outs must be pre-approved, are not guaranteed, and may incur an extra fee. There is a tight cleaning schedule between guests. If you overstay your check-out time you will incur a fee of $75/hour.

Check-Out Procedure: We ask that you leave the premises in the same general condition as it was found. Please do the following upon check-out:
1) Bag your garbage and recycling and take it to the on-site dumpster.
2) Leave all sheets and other bedding on its assigned bed. Place dirty towels in a neat pile on the bathroom floors.
3) Wash dirty dishes. Do not leave dirty dishes in unit.
4) Leave all furniture arranged as originally found.
5) Check all drawers and closets for personal items. Disconnect from any streaming accounts.
6) Clean out all refrigerators and freezers.
7) Lock all windows and doors. CLOSE ALL BLINDS.
8) Set thermostat to a seasonably appropriate temperature and leave ceiling fans running.
9) Lock all doors behind you.

Property inspections will be made after check-out. There will be a charge if the above procedures are not followed or any damage is found.

Furnishings: Basic equipment and furnishings for a comfortable vacation are provided. If you move furniture while occupying the property, you must return furniture to its original position prior to departure. Do not remove furniture (including patio furniture) from the property.

Property Descriptions: Rates, descriptions, bed sizes, inventories, and furnishings are subject to change without notice. Neither the rental agent nor the owner will be obligated to provide replacements or give refunds for failure or absence of any items.

Linens/Towels & Supplies: A limited number of bath, beach, and kitchen towels are provided. With the exception of beach towels (returned to unit upon use), no towels are to be removed from the unit. A starter supply of paper products and soap will be supplied in your unit. You will be responsible for additional supplies during your stay.

Maximum Occupancy: The MAXIMUM number of overnight guests is determined based on the unit size and is listed in the listing details. At any time, no more than the listed maximum number of guests may be in the home unless prior approval is provided. Additional charges may apply.

Age Requirement: The person reserving the unit must be a minimum of 25 years of age and must occupy the property the entire length of the reservation.

Events: Guests are not permitted to hold events at the house. An event is defined as any gathering of people over the maximum occupancy of the unit(s) you are renting. If a guest is found to have held an unauthorized event at the property as defined above, they are subject to immediate eviction with no refund and/or fines for the damage or use of the property for such event.

Decor and Personal Items: Tents, canopies, blow-up pools, or any similar items are not allowed to be setup anywhere on the property or decks. No decor, banners or signs are allowed to be taped or hung anywhere on the property inside or outside. If anything is hung from the walls or windows and there is damage caused from doing so, you will be responsible for the cost of the repairs.

Illegal Substances: No illegal substances are permitted on the property.

Cleaning: If extraordinary cleaning is required, the cost will be charged to the guest card on file. Cleaning fees are charged for all rentals. You are responsible for the cleaning of your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at checkout. Additional cleaning is $75 per hour.

Parking: You are allowed to park in the designated parking areas on the property. The number of cars is dependent on the property and is in the listing details. DO NOT PARK ON ANY LANDSCAPING or grass. You will be charged to repair any landscape or sprinkler damage if you park off the driveway. Park at your own risk. Owner is not responsible for cars on the property.

Respect your Neighbors: Amelia Island has a strict noise ordinance that goes into effect at 10pm.

Noise Complaints: If we receive any complaints from neighbors regarding obtrusive behavior by you or anyone in your party we will give one warning.
