****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The building is undergoing exterior improvements through April 2026 weather permitting. The project is over halfway complete, and current work is in a slightly less disruptive phase compared to earlier stages although noise is still expected at times. Guests may notice occasional weekday activity such as noise, equipment, or dust between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday. No work occurs on weekends. Rates have been adjusted accordingly during this period.

The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and has a magnificent 3rd floor view of the Atlantic Ocean. Recent renovations freshen the large comfortable living area. The newly remodeled kitchen opens into the living room. All rooms have recently been painted. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV as well as a private refreshed bath and closet space. The first guest room has a queen and a twin bed, while the second guest room has a full and twin bed. All linens in this unit are part of an off-site sterilization program. There is a new washer and dryer, stove-top, microwave and refrigerator in the unit for your convenience. The expansive private balcony has four chairs and a dining table so you can enjoy your meals watching and listening to the surf roll in, or enjoy the rocking chairs on balcony as the sunlight turns to stars and you relax enjoying the ocean's evening breeze. For quiet evenings inside you can enjoy the new 55” television, or keep in touch with friends or stream with secure wi-fi.

Occupants have full access and use of the island's only private 1,000 ft pier to enjoy some fishing or a relaxing stroll, or lounge by the large swimming pool overlooking the beach. This property also offers two tennis courts and a wonderful outdoor dining and grilling area with a beautiful views! Amelia by the Sea is a gated complex with open parking for 2 vehicles per unit. This luxury beach condo is centrally located to everything on the island. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are all within walking distance or a short drive .
