In the master bedroom, a comfortable queen bed is adorned with coastal decor, along with a tranquil en suite bath with double sinks, walk-in shower, and large closet. Large glass sliders lead directly to the patio, allowing you to step outside and breathe in the fresh ocean air and enjoy the beautiful sunrises!

Two full beds in the guest bedroom provide ample space for additional guests or family members. The adjacent guest bathroom is also equipped with a walk-in shower, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.

The Sailmaker boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier access for bikes, baby strollers, wheeled coolers, beach wagons, etc. The Sailmaker pool is just a short distance from the villa and the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade from the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around in the pool.

Guests can also purchase access to the Summer Beach Club conveniently located inside the Summer Beach Village Community.
