Guests have private access to the entire 4 bedroom townhome and back patio, as well as access to the community pool, and beach walkover.

Other Things to Note:

PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.

-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area.
