The Pelican's Nest Egg offers everything needed for a luxury vacation and more including an oversized private pool, spacious decks, gourmet kitchen and of course ocean views.
Guests are greeted by a grand entrance of stairs leading to the front porch and main living area. The open floor plan connects the high-end kitchen, dining and main living area allowing ocean views from each space.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including a Nespresso coffee maker, Vitamix blender, Kitchen Aid toaster, cookware, utensils and more. Some of the upgrades include Jenn Air appliances, a gas range, a prep sink, and even a wine refrigerator. The custom dining table and banquette benches can fit from four to eight people and nearby is a bistro table with seating for two. The main living area offers a large flat-screen TV with Comcast cable, and ample seating for friends and family to gather.
The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom and of course views of Amelia Island's pristine beach. There are four other guest rooms and four bathrooms as well (see amenity list for bedding details.)
The outside of this property is just as beautiful and well thought out as the inside with a private gated backyard, outdoor shower, driveway parking, and an amazing pool with a lounge area and additional swim out! The property is perfectly located between beach access 16 and 17 making the beach extremely accessible for guests.

Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)
