Escape to The Toasted Marshmallow, a modern Keystone Bullet Ultra Lite designed for comfort and effortless "glamping." Situated on a private, fenced-in acre in a quiet Yulee neighborhood, this retreat offers the perfect blend of outdoor adventure and indoor luxury.

The Space
Our layout is designed with privacy and flow in mind, featuring a central hub and split bedrooms:
• The Heart of the Home: A spacious, open-concept living area and full kitchen, anchored by a large center island—perfect for meal prep or morning coffee.
• Master Suite: Features a comfortable queen bed with direct access to the full bathroom.
• Bunk Room: A dedicated second bedroom with bunk beds and its own convenient half bath, making it an ideal setup for families or groups.

Location & Privacy
Enjoy the security of a completely fenced-in acre. To provide a sense of seclusion, the RV is tucked discreetly into a back portion of our private property under a protective RV carport, giving you a quiet, shaded nook to relax in.

Your Peace & Quiet: We value your privacy above all else. We are naturally quiet people and, while we are nearby if you need anything, we will be essentially "invisible" during your stay. We do not bother or initiate communication with guests unless you reach out to us first.

A Note on our Resident Cats: You may see our four family cats roaming the fenced-in acre. They are very friendly, but we kindly ask that you do not invite them inside the "Marshmallow" or feed them treats during your stay.
