Welcome to Bella Vista — newly remodeled, fully furnished waterfront retreat, minutes from Topsail beaches.

3-bedroom, 2-bath includes a fun kids’ room w/ 2 bunks & futon, an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen & washer/dryer add convenience for your stay.

Relax outdoors by the fire pit or enjoy sunsets over the water. On-site decks offer easy access for fishing or unwinding by the shore.

Whether a weekend or extended visit, Bella Vista blends comfort & coastal charm for a perfect getaway.

Wi-Fi included. 2 kayaks to use. The home is on a private road with a hidden driveway; not congested with tourists.

You can catch your seafood in the back or go about 1 mile down the road to the direct seafood vendors and cook up a fresh catch in the fully stocked kitchen to dine privately with those beautiful water views!

As a pet friendly family, we allow up to 2 pups with a pet cleaning fee.

Between each guest, we use an ozonator to deep-clean the air—neutralizing odors, bacteria, and allergens—so you arrive to a space that smells fresh, feels clean, and is truly ready for you to relax in.

The home was really cute and very clean. There is a kureg as well as a drip coffee maker and a gas grill. The view is wonderful and watching the fly overs by the marines is entertaining. Our weather was quite windy which hindered the fishing, but the last two days were good.

Only giving this a 2 because of the stellar view over camp lejeune. I had issues initially getting in the property and the host wasn’t responsive. Upon entering, there was a funky smell in the house/shed. This is not luxury living and you are paying for the view. All in all, I think it is priced well if everything else met expectations. There were rodent dropping, dusty floors and surfaces, spider webs covering the window panes, and a large section of the ceiling with water damage and black mold in the master bedroom. There was not a clear indication of what to do with trash and no waste bins outside near the dwelling. The host was unresponsive during our stay. Because of the black mold and having young children staying in the master room with us, we left a night early. The host did nothing to try and correct the falsely advertised listing other than to say he was going to have someone check it out. There were also cockroaches (3 that I killed) crawling around and the AC did not cool the property below 75 during our stay. The view was pretty spectacular but I would not stay at this property again in the future or one of this hosts properties.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Fantastic sunrise views across the river from the multi-level deck. Overall great location to see the local attractions. Quick and easy communications with Robert. House was clean and well stocked with the necessities. Only a few issues with the house in which Robert responded in a timely manner. I would recommend giving this quiet little place a try.

Peaceful Abode Awaits

Family of 8 2 dogs stayed for the 4th of July week. This home and location were perfection! The house is tucked away along the banks of the New River in Sneads Ferry, just north of North Topsail Island. The home is spacious with 3 bedrooms and plenty of amenities to comfort our stay - kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, good quality linens on beds and in bathroom. A/C kept the house nice and cold on those hot July days and an abundance of hot water for all of us to take showers after we came off the beach. Beach chairs, kayak, life jackets were provided. Kitchen was spacious for cooking meals and plenty of seating at the island and large dining table. And for the piece de resistance — the large wrap around porch with amazing views both day and night. Additional layered decks just feet from the house put you at the waters edge - for evening drinks, morning coffee, fishing/crabbing or to watch the most amazing fireworks we’ve ever seen from all around the area - all from our VRBO home! Robert was an amazing host and we can’t wait to return!

Great get away spot

Private, easy to get to the waters edge for crabs, oysters and small fish. (There are bigger fish too...) Owner is great to work with. Easy access close by for groceries, gas and beach stuff. Beach is less than 15 minutes away. Family is already thinking of the next visit...

This was a great spot! The kids referred to it as their "teal house." It was clean and cozy for our 5 day vacay. We could easily get into a shallow edge of the river to wade and watch crabs and minnows swim. You can easily walk/wade out to the edge of deeper water, or paddle out by kayak to fish. The deck and adirondeck chairs offer a great spot for a lazy hangout by the river with amazing water views. Just 15-20 minutes away from public beach access, depending on which one you pick. 5 minutes from New River Boat Tours and Riverview Cafe, both amazing experiences!

Great for a group!

This was a great place for our group - we were easily able to fit everyone and have space for games and visiting. We got to see an awesome thunderstorm from the porch! *Only thing to watch out for is the insects that hang out around the bay (not a problem from the specific location - just a hazard of the area). Thanks to Robert for renting out this great space!

180 degree long range view of the inlet.

Nice, quaint vacation property steps away from a nice deck leading to another deck near the water. Minutes from North Topsail Beach and numerous variety of restaurants. Whole family enjoyed a nice getaway along with our two four-legged companions.

Truly beautiful views!

Just what we needed--a beach house with plenty of space and comfy beds! Did I mention the views?! "Bella Vista" is aptly-named and will have you setting an alarm, even though you're on vacation, just to see the remarkable sunrises. We appreciated the feel of staying in a family home, where the host was very accommodating and provided everything we needed for our stay. Booking was simple, and the rate was as expected for this easy-living rental. The owner is helpful and very responsive. Tip: Bring your best camera and maybe some water shoes.

Amazing stay!
