The garage will accommodate up to two vehicles and the driveway will accommodate another three. As you enter, you will find the convenience of an elevator, full bath, queen bedroom, downstairs bar with sink and a dedicated workspace that leads to outdoor living. The outdoor living space is equipped with four loungers, a table for eight and an outdoor shower for those days at the beach. Pickleball net with paddles and corn hole are available for endless exercise and fun. The second floor welcomes you with a beautiful kitchen, fully stocked. There is a full size refrigerator and a full size freezer. Comfortable dining, island seating , laundry room with sink, powder bath and a large spacious living area great for entertaining or gathering to celebrate a special occasion. The best features are the full size retractable doors that open onto a covered balcony with seating, dining, tv and grill. Take a deep breath and admire the expansive views of the ocean. There is nothing better than lounging with a beverage of choice curled upon the couch watching a favorite show or reading a book while enjoying the ocean breeze. Once you reach the third floor landing, you will find a full size mirror, full bath and two queen bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with plenty of closet space and each has its own TV. The spacious primary suite offers a built-in-walk in closet, spa-inspired bathroom with a towel pantry, laundry chute, a private balcony to enjoy the evening sunset or to enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sunrise. Jacksonville Beach is a wonderful place year round for families and single travelers alike. This location is bikeable and walkable to the beach, the pier, restaurants, bars, beach shops, and more. The Jacksonville Beach Seawalk Pavilion is less than 7 blocks away with a large grounds space and outdoor amphitheater, so events and fun festivals are always an option the majority of the year. Oktoberfest, 90s music festivals, Deck the Chairs Christmas festival and lights show; the list is extensive! For grocery options, you have Publix Grocery Store approximately a mile away , Whole Foods a mile and a half, and many Wine/Liquor stores available as well. Free parking for 5 cars on the premises. We warmly welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don`t like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $200 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: is 2 dogs, each under 20 lbs OR 1 dog under 40 lbs. If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an EXCEPTION, but APPROVAL must be obtained prior to the beginning of your stay and the pet fee may be higher. For consideration, the following must be provided: the breed, age and proof of current flea/tick protocol. NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. In the event of a cancellation where a refund is due per the cancellation policy, funds will be reimbursed less the Stripe processing fees.

For bookings over 28 days a short term rental agreement and security deposit will be required.

Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend with you to many restaurants or bars that have outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats. Pet Policy-
We gladly allow small dogs in this unit, a maximum of 2 dogs under 10 lbs, or 1 dog under 20 lbs. If you are bringing pets with you, please add their breed and age in your intro message, and prepare to show proof of current vaccination. Should you have a larger pet than 20 lbs., please request an exception. A higher pet fee will be applied.
