This condo complex offers first-class outdoor beachfront spaces with lusciously landscaped grounds, 2 beautiful pools, a hot tub/jacuzzi, and shared BBQ and gym areas, all located beachfront with 24-hour security. This condo's favored location grants easy access to Jaco's city center where you will find a vast selection of shops, bars, and restaurants.
The space
Experience the Jaco Beach lifestyle at this stylish condo! The open floor plan provides an easy flow between the kitchen, dining area, and TV room, making this space perfect for entertaining.
This condo sleeps 4 people comfortably (+2 in "futon style" couches), featuring two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and large closet space. The primary bedroom has an in-suite large bathroom and a king-size bed, every room has its own access to the balcony. The living room has two futon-style couches that turn into individual beds and a large TV.
There are balconies off of every room to better enjoy the gorgeous water views and the lush tropical setting. The condo has high-speed Internet, hot water, A/C mini splits in every room, and three TVs, one in every bedroom and one in the living room. Off the main entrance, there is a utility closet with a washer/dryer.

*** There is parking for up to 1 vehicle - NO EXCEPTIONS ***
*** 2nd Balcony off of the living room is temporarily OFF LIMITS due to banister installation***
The guard will have a list of all guests checking in.

Location:
The condo is an easy 5-minute walk to the center of Jaco. This town has all the amenities you’ll need including places to shop, eat, and play... there is even a Movie Theater! The beach in Jaco is long and flat, perfect for running and swimming. There are several surf spots at this beach, the south end caters to beginners as it is a bit sheltered and stays smaller there. The north end is more exposed and can hold size depending on the swell direction. Jaco is also known for its nightlife if that is your scene! Plenty of bars and clubs to visit, and not too far from the house to walk.
Getting around
We recommend renting a vehicle to get around CR and do some exploring, please take into consideration that there is only 1 parking space available at the condos.
However, We can also help set up a shuttle service to and from the airport if you wish. The shuttle service that we use, will pick you up from the airport and take you wherever you might want/or need along the way (groceries or sightseeing). The price per way is $130 for up to 5 passengers and $10 for the additional guest. Uber or Lyft drivers are also available for the remainder of your stay. We can also provide our taxi contacts upon request.
