2• 🧹 Excessive Cleaning Fee: If the property is left in an extremely dirty condition after check-out (e.g., dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, excessive trash, stains on floors or walls), an additional $100 USD cleaning fee will be charged.

If an additional guest is not listed in the reservation, the extra guest fee listed on the platform at that time will apply.
