Villa Jaco Sol ist eine Ansammlung von 3 charmanten Häusern (Casitas oder Bungalows), die als Privathaus auf einem 8,225 m² großen Grundstück in einem Wohngebiet in Jaco, nur 7 Gehminuten vom Strand (600 m) entfernt, vermietet werden 9 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt (750 Meter).

Diese Ferienvilla bietet WLAN im gesamten Gebäude, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Eismaschine und einen Spender für gereinigtes Wasser, eine moderne Klimaanlage (zentrale und geteilte Einheiten) und einen Holzkohlegrill. Leitungswasser wird durch Sonnenkollektoren erwärmt, um die Umwelt zu schonen.


Das Anwesen verfügt über einen fantastischen Poolbereich mit einem schönen Freiformpool mit einem natürlichen Felsenwasserfall, vielen Liegestühlen und einem Gartentisch mit Stühlen und Sonnenschirm. Der Eingang zum Pool hat einen Sitz und ist dann zum tiefen Ende hin mit einem Metallgeländer zur Unterstützung geneigt.

Neben dem Pool befindet sich ein überdachter Pavillon mit Bar und 6 Hockern, der mit einem Weber 22-Holzkohlegrill, einem großen Kühler auf Rädern, einer Boombox, einem halben Badezimmer und einer Außendusche ausgestattet ist.

Die Villa ist wie folgt eingerichtet:

Casita 1: 2 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbetten), 1 Einzel-Futon, 2 Badezimmer, Schlafmöglichkeiten für 5 Personen. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen 40-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und einen mit dem Internet verbundenen Blu-ray-Reader. Hat eine zentrale Klimaanlage. Casita 1 verfügt über einen Parkplatz für 2 Autos.

Casita Nr. 2 (neben dem Pool): 1 Schlafzimmer (1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett), 1 Badezimmer, für 3 Personen. Verfügt über 1 Minisplit-Klimaanlage, einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-Kabel-TV mit Blu-ray-Player und einen Minikühlschrank. Das Casita 2 verfügt über einen Parkplatz für 1 Auto.

Casita # 3: 1 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), 1 Badezimmer, für 2 Personen. Verfügt über 1 Minisplit-Klimaanlage, einen 32-Zoll-Flachbild-Kabel-TV mit Blu-ray-Player und einen Minikühlschrank. Casita 3 liegt hinter Casita 1 und ist zu Fuß durch einen gewundenen Palmengarten erreichbar.

Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und Türen und Fenster haben Metallstangen für zusätzliche Sicherheit. Ein ADT-überwachter Alarm ist installiert.

Die hier angegebenen Preise gelten für die gesamte Immobilie. Der Grundpreis für das gesamte Haus gilt für bis zu 8 Erwachsene (18+). Danach wird automatisch eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 25 USD pro Erwachsenem und Nacht zuzüglich Steuern und Gebühren erhoben. Kinder zahlen diese Gebühr nicht.

Nur vom 2. Mai bis zum 16. Dezember ist das Haus für Familiengruppen (nicht für Gruppen von Singles) von 4 oder 6 Personen konfigurierbar, die nicht das ganze Haus benötigen, aber dennoch Privatsphäre wünschen. Die ungenutzten Casitas würden abgesperrt und nicht vermietet. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich. Vom 17. Dezember bis zum 1. Mai wird die Immobilie nur als Ganzes vermietet.

Perfect Family or Group Setting.

This was the perfect stay for our group of people. It's Private, Secure, and close to everything. The Pool was fantastic as the grill and Bar area. The Casitas are arranged for privacy yet all are near. The Golf cart rental made it great to run around town and to the beach with a secure parking area. Gabriel was a fantastic host and was a text or call away. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for the two of us and our two small dogs, who were unable to escape as the property was quite secure. We were impressed by the general security system. If all three units were fully occupied, the pool area would be rather crowded!

Better than expected

The property is as beautiful and close to the beach as advertised. The laundry machine and dryer does not require coins to operate and there is a safe in each casita and a mini refrigerator and air conditioner and TV in casita 2 and 3 while the casita 1 has a standard refrigerator and air conditioner and TV and two bathrooms each with large walk in showers and each located in the common area. Our manager Gabriel attended to our needs admirably and even booked our group a wonderful waterfall tour that appeared to be already fully booked online, with little notice.

Great house at an amazing location

The property is exactly as described and pictures don’t do the outdoor area justice. Amazing outdoor space to spend time with friends. Gabriel was very accommodating when our flights got cancelled allowing one of our guest to complete the check-in process with us arriving later. He assisted with stocking the house with groceries and helped us arrange some excursions. The location is so close to the beach and the town. We completed the walk daily with no complaints. We were a group of adults but I can see this property working for families as well as friends. There seemed to be an after hours bar somewhere behind the back house so bring ear plugs if you plan to stay in there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is well managed. Gabriel is a professional and was there from the beginning. If we ever had an issue, it was addressed promptly. The condition of the property is good. Main house plus two additional one-room buildings worked well for our group of four friends. House was very clean when we arrived and the mid-week maid service kept it that way. Beds were comfortable, functioning washer and dryer was great and kitchen well stocked with necessary equipment. Pool is great feature, however the filter system was not exceptionally good at keeping the water clear. We would not stay at the property again however because of the location. It is a relatively short walk to the town, which is great and the reason we picked it. However the neighborhood of Jaco Sol was disappointing. Dogs running loose in the street or barking excessively behind barb wired gated houses nearby. Every night a Karaoke bar behind the house provided us with loud music and local singing talent till late hour. It felt a bit seedy overall.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice, but smaller and more dated than website pictures presented. The pool was definitely the nicest part of the property and we spent a lot of time there. Linens were very limited (they did have washer/dryer) so we were doing more laundry than we preferred since we were on vacay. Main house and casita 3 had multiple leaks in the ceilings and unfortunately we got quite a bit of rain while we were there. Had to leave multiple pots sitting out to catch water from leaks which made usable space even smaller. Only one couch in common area for everyone to use, no chairs. The Internet was unreliable and strength vert weak. Lastly, the beds were a common issue with all nine of us. They were small and very uncomfortable. On a positive note, it was nice working with Gabriel during booking and upon arrival. We have been to Costa Rica before and will visit again, we love the country and food, and there are so many things to see and do! We would also use this company again, just not this property.

Even better than described!

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. The pictures don’t show how beautiful the property is. It’s very well maintained and laid out. It’s close enough to the main main strip that we regularly walked. The owner Gabrielle was super friendly and helped us any time that we needed it. He even helped us book the perfect excursion for my group. The house made our trip and I’m thankful we got to stay there. Hopefully Gabriel will let us stay there again

Would Stay Again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the property to exceed our expectations. The bungalows were very clean and the AC units did not give us any problems. Location was nice not too busy of a street. I have no complaints with management (Gabriel). He was very detailed and helpful when he gave us a tour of the property. I would definitely stay here again. The pool, bar, and waterfall made relaxing at the house more appealing that going out to a club.
