✓ Pets are not suitable for this house: we know that they are part of the family, however our home is not suitable to host them and they could be stressed, in addition, due to condominium regulations they are not allowed in common areas.
✓ The departure is at 11 am: we ask you to please be very punctual in this, since the health and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance, which is why we carry out an exhaustive cleaning of all the houses with each departure, in order to try to guarantee a completely clean space.
✓ Being a condominium there are some basic rules of coexistence, so a maximum of 4 people per house are allowed to enter the condominium, prior registration of the same (full name and identification number required).
The community is really beautiful, however, keep in mind that being a new place, there are still constructions in progress in some parts, so it is possible that during the day you can hear sounds caused by them. Even so, the beauty of the condominium and the excellent location are superior.
