Spacious modern apartment in prime location, enjoy the short 7 minute walk to the beautiful beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment is totally private with your own entrance, living room, bathroom, bed room with AC, kitchen and balcony. The apartment is equipped with a new comfortable bed and a luxurious (sleeper) sofa. we love cleanliness ourselves and renew beds, pillows and linen frequently.

The balcony and garden invite you to sit down, take a swim or have a glass of wine whilst watching your favorite Netflix series on the Smart TV in the living room. The newly built apartment is clean and totally private with the following features: - Own entrance - Bedroom which comfortably sleeps 2 with airco - Living room with a relaxing sofa (which turns into a bed for 2) - Kitchen with induction stove, coffee machine, pans, cutlery and a big fridge - Bathroom with warm water, towels and a separate toilet - Private balcony with outdoor lounge set - Private washing machine - High speed WiFi - Shared swimming pool & garden We (the hosts) stay on the top level, which is not connected to the guest area but are happy to help you with any questions. Guests have access to their private apartment and balcony. Free parking area is accessible for all our guests. The outside seating and swimming pool is shared with (max. 3) other apartments if those are booked during your stay. We are a luxurious and private Villa, We are very happy to help our guests if needed. You can always reach us by text if you have any questions, need a rental car or an airport pickup, but we will not be in your space. Privacy and comfort is for our guests is our main goal. Our complex is located in the most luxurious part of Curacao; Vista Royal, this part of Jan Thiel is the home of celebrities and the happy few, which you can be a part of during your holiday! The sea, restaurants and beach clubs Zanzibar and Papagayo are just a 5 minute walk away. When you stay with us it's possible to rent a car, or you take the nearest busstop, which is only 250 meters walk from the complex. The price includes gas, water and electricity. There are no more additional costs. WiFi, beach towels, lounge chairs and all the other facilities are free of charge.
