Discover this superb, bright, modern 120m² house in a quiet location in the large village of Jaunay-Marigny, just behind the Parc du Futuroscope. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, the Parc can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car (the house overlooks the Park's attractions and the evening fireworks!).

The house consists of a very large and beautiful living room with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine etc...) and a TV lounge area with lots of books and games for all ages. There are 3 modern, beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 bed. In one of these three rooms you'll find a cot and changing table (high chair also available on site). There's also a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

The house also boasts a large covered terrace, the famous "pergola", and a pretty private garden with no overlooked views.

Access to the home is completely autonomous, thanks to an on-site keypad.
Access to the house is at the end of a residential cul-de-sac, with the possibility of parking 2 cars in front of the house gate or on the street (free of charge).
