To maintain a peaceful and high-quality environment, Lemon Beach Villa is exclusively for families. This property is strictly for family bookings, and youth groups or parties are not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in denied entry without a refund. The maximum occupancy is 15 guests. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. A security deposit of 1,000 SAR is required in cash upon arrival, which is fully refundable after check-out provided there are no damages. Pets are strictly not allowed on the premises, and no changes to booking dates are allowed once confirmed. Given that the pool depth reaches 2.5 meters, constant adult supervision of children is mandatory. While smoking and e-cigarettes are permitted, as well as photography and commercial filming, we ask guests to respect the quiet hours as per local regulations. Any damages to the property or late check-outs after 12:00 PM will result in deductions from the security deposit.
