There is no elevator, so the building is not handicap-accessible. Be prepared to climb stairs as the apartment is up 4 stories to the top floor. Ask about our porter service for help with your luggage at check-in.

Cleaning
Please note that a standard $135 Cleaning Fee is applied with every reservation. An additional $105 (Interim) Cleaning Fee will be charged for every 5 nights during longer stays.

Parking
We can arrange for indoor parking with unlimited in out access at our sister property half a block away. Spaces are quite limited and booked first come first serve. The rate is $35 per day and payment is required to confirm your space.

Guests who book this apartment must be at least 23 years old and present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport at check-in.

Early check-in and late-checkout are available upon request, based on availability. Once arranged, a $40 late arrival fee will be requested via the Airbnb money request option.

Noise Policy: Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., noise should be kept to a minimum out of respect for other guests. Anyone who violates this policy may be charged up to $400 USD. Repeated violations may lead to removal from the premises.

Pets: There is a $25 per day pet fee. Please consult with host in advance. Approval from management is required and is based on the breed and size of pet. Pets are not permitted on the furniture. If pet fur or stains are discovered, additional cleaning charges may apply. Pets may not be left alone within the accommodation. If there is repeated disturbance/complaints from neighbors/building staff, we may ask you to remove your pet from the premises.

Smoking Policy:
All properties are 100% non-smoking. A fee of up to $400 USD will be assessed for smoking inside or on the rooftop and terraces.

All guests must be announced.

Please remove your shoes while you are inside the apartment. Remember, this is a home. Enjoy all of the amenities of the apartment, but please don't do anything you or your guests wouldn't want the person before you to have done.

Excellent apartment for us (myself, husband, daughter (17) son (16). Beds comfy, showers worked well, good amount equipment in kitchen and all very clean. Check in process was fine.Good public transport access to New York - 10-15 minute walk to the PATH, and then another 10-15 mins on train to central Manhattan.Generally Hoboken felt very welcoming. Only disadvantage was locals did congregate on the street outside the apartment. All were friendly & no issues, just at times a little noisy but did not keep us awake.

Clean and Comfy

The apartment itself was pretty perfect. Clean. Spacious. Super comfy beds. Lovely decor. There were a few items that needed some attention like the dishwasher would not turn on, wobbly toilet and towel hooks, a stubborn window blind, but these items did not lessen our stay. Unfortunately, the street the property is on is less than desirable because it is the hangout spot for locals who seem to be dealing drugs and business seems to be booming. Received some uncomfortable cat calls while walking by them, but for the most part, they were respectful. Due to the location of the property, we believe the cost of parking should be included. We did fall in love with Hoboken, and the ease of walking to nearby stores and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It was convenient to the quaint Hoboken main street with lots of great restaurants and bars. It was also close to the ferry which was a fun and quick way to get to Manhattan. One note I would add is the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. It was worth it for us for the views.

Two Toddlers

Harmony was a lifesaver after we needed a place nearby (with our two toddlers) after a leak & water damage in our own home. The place was so clean, had everything from olive oil to hair conditioner - it felt like a smoothly run hotel. The team was very responsive and thorough. Definitely recommending !

Birthday sleepover

The hosts were always available to help with check-in and any questions we had about the property. The apartment was well designed and clean and perfect for our family and our daughter’s friends for a birthday get-together. There is no elevator so if stairs are a problem, request a lower floor. Not much in neighborhood outside, but more amenities available within 5-10 minutes walk away.

Excellent Hosts

This was a very nice apartment with plenty of space for our group. The hosts were particularly accommodating in order to make sure that we had a great stay. However, I wanted to highlight once incident that I think illustrates the level of hospitality. On the morning that we were scheduled to leave (and had non-refundable train tickets), the New York area experienced record flooding. The manager called to see whether we were going to still attempt to leave; to which I said that we would. Upon leaving the building, the water on the street was knee-high and we were wondering how we would make it to Penn Station to catch our flight. At that point, the owner (who had been asked to help by the manager) showed up in his high centered jeep to rescue us and deliver us to dryer ground so that we could make our connection.

Excellent place for NYC vacation

My son and I went to NYC for his birthday, and we originally wanted to stay in the city -- but everything was too expensive. Found this nice place, which had more than enough room for the two of us, and would really be fine for a party of four or five. The only drawback is that it was the top unit of a five-story building, and there is no elevator. So if stairs aren't your thing, make sure you know which unit you are getting. It was close to restaurants, convenience store, coffee shops (probably 10 minute walk) as well as not far from the PATH station (15 minutes), which takes you into the city. The neighborhood itself is a bit run down, and there were some characters outside every night blaring music from their car and being generally loud, until around 11 pm each night. Check in and check out were very easy, and questions/concerns were answered promptly. All in all it was an excellent place to return to after a day in the Big Apple, and would certainly think about staying here again the next time we head to New York City.

5 sister getaway

This is a very beautiful, along with functional, apartment. The five of us had ample room to move about when we were at the facility. We enjoy the neighborhood as it felt very safe. The rooftop deck gives you an opportunity to see the skyline in the evening. It was not furnished for a sitting area or cooking out. This was not a concern, as we generally had breakfast in the apartment in the morning and eat dinners out. I am not sure if, in the Vrbo listing, it mentions the flight of stairs with no choice of a an elevator. We were all very capable of the 72 steps up to our apartment. We definitely would use harmony apartments in the future.

Great NYC Vacation!

My family and I had a great vacation visiting and seeing the sites of NYC. This apartment in Hoboken was a perfect spot that was a very short Uber ride to the Hoboken PATH station that then allowed you to easily access all of NYC. The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. There is even a small neighborhood shopping center with a convenience store, pizza & chinese restaurants located right next door. Not to mention all the other great restaurants available nearby in Jersey. Also, the property manager Loyda was very communicative and helpful with check-in and available if we had any other concerns. We highly recommend this location! -Clint
