This spacious house blends classic craftsmanship, cozy living spaces, and

modern amenities like smart locks, WiFi security, and high-speed internet that

can easily accommodate up to 15 people steaming at once. Built in the graceful

mid-century era, this home features classic architectural touches and a clean,

functional layout that feels both nostalgic and beautifully timeless. The

floors and doors are crafted from real mid-century hardwood. The natural grain

patterns, warm honey tones, and solid construction adds warmth, character, and

the kind of craftsmanship that’s hard to find in newer homes. We’ve chosen

modern artwork that brings peaceful comfort to the classic architecture and

sturdiness of this home, featuring soft earth tones, nature-inspired pieces,

and gentle landscapes that naturally encourage the body to relax. Guests often

tell us the home feels peaceful the moment they walk in because of the

tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.







You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including two spacious upstairs

bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounging areas, private

workspaces, a bright dining room, and a clean basement laundry room with a

bonus game/activity space. There’s also a comfortable sofa-bed option for

sleeping downstairs, as well as access to full bathrooms on each main floor.

The furniture is designed to accommodate people of all shapes and sizes and

high weight capacities.







Located in a friendly residential neighborhood, the home also includes a large

front yard, cozy covered porches, and a spacious driveway that can accommodate

up to three vehicles. This home offers the quiet solitude of residential

living while also providing quick access within minutes to everything you

need: groceries, restaurants, retail, outdoor attractions, airport, and

historic sites, all within a short 5-10 minute drive (public transit is also

available.) Longer scenic drives through the Laurel Highlands offers some of

Pennsylvania’s most stunning landscapes with rolling mountains, forested

trails, waterfalls, and renowned attractions such as Frank Lloyd Wright’s

“Fallingwater” home, the Jimmy Stewart Museum, and the Great Allegheny

Passage. It’s an ideal destination for guests seeking beautiful scenery and

outdoor exploration. Also, the Flight 93 Memorial is an easy and beautiful 30

minute drive from the home. The route takes you through the serene rolling

hills and quiet farmland of Somerset County.

* Comfortable sofa that converts to a sofa-bed with Flex-Steel design (Flex-Steel uses a solid platform system instead of open coils and bars). The queen-sized mattress performs more like a standard bed than a traditional sofa-bed. The ottoman in the living room stores the linens and comforter for the queen sofa-bed. This space is intentionally designed to accommodate guests who would like a sleeping option without needing to use the stairs. Note: There are two blackout curtains for the living room doorways that can be easily added when sleeping downstairs. They are located in the grey ottoman next to the reclining chairs

This is a no pet, no smoking, and no party home. Only registered guests listed

on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.







Guests have full access to the home during their stay. However, please note

that attached and detached garages are not accessible.







We kindly ask that you respect these guidelines. Failure to do so may result

in your stay being terminated without refund.







_Other Things to Note:_







There are 4 steps leading to the main entrances from outside and stairs

connecting the basement to the main floor and the upstairs. The home is not

entirely childproofed, so please plan accordingly. However, baby gates for the

stairs are available upon request.

you a random number, but the smart lock has an automatic lock feature, so we

would prefer if you use a number that is easy for you to remember, which will

prevent you from getting locked out if you forget that code. Let us know what

you prefer within 48 hours of your check-in, or we will default to a

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS







Thank you again for choosing our place for your vacation. We look forward to

providing you with a 5 Star experience during your stay near the heart of

Johnstown! Please read ALL the following instructions carefully and

completely!







The Username and Password for WIFI usage are provided in your reservation

email.







SMART LOCK: Upon arrival, you will use your unique four-to-eight digit numeric

code that has been provided to you in your reservation. It is important that

you remember this code because it is unique to you.







Friendly Reminder #1: You may choose to use the security alarm once you

arrive, activating the security key-pad with the code provided to you in your

reservation email. There are three modes for the alarm:



1) Disarm: Disables the entire system and turns it off completely



2) Home: Activates the door sensors when you are inside, notifying you of

anyone opening any exterior door



3) Away: When leaving the house, use this to alert entry through the exterior

doors and movement inside the house.







Friendly Reminder #2: Please remember to park in the driveway. Cars without

parking passes are subject to being towed when parked on the street. Also,

parking in the garage is off-limits and the use of the exercise equipment in

the attached garage is not permitted at this time (stay tuned for updates in

the near future.)







Friendly Reminder #3: We have a smart-home with sensors for smoke/carbon

monoxide/water-leaks, so if there are any problems that come to our attention,

we will reach out to you for clarification.

Help yourself to the snacks available to you in the counter (i.e. popcorn,

fruit gummies, granola bars, etc.) There are also spices, treats, and

condiments in the kitchen cabinets and in the refrigerator/freezer.







CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: Upon departing our home at the end of your visit,

please make sure that all the doors and windows are closed. If it has not

already been activated, please turn on the alarm system.







As we mentioned before, it is our goal to provide all our guests with a 5 Star

experience. We want everyone to have a wonderful time while staying in our

home. All we ask is that you please respect our property so that we can

deliver the same quality experience for every guest that comes through our

doors. With everyone’s help, we can accomplish this goal!
